Negative experience: Verbally abusive owner. Had some back issues (thank God they're resolved) and couldn't continue working the post I had, and the owner decided to call and insult me + call me names, and tell me his back was so much worse than mine. A few years in physical therapy helped tremendously, it was a shame I wasn't taken seriously

Negative experience: We use this security company downtown where i live. The other night couple of us was downstairs because we had no AC in the entire complex and one of their armed security officer comes up to us and started following us around . Mine you these are security officers not “police “ and he was like I’m going to make sure you guys do not make a disturbance and started saying whole bunch of slur words. This company and no good. They need to know the difference between security officers and police. You can’t follow someone around where they live.
Negative experience: We are in a So Called Gated Community. Global Security is the worsted. Always calling out. Or not showing up. Don't Use This company!!!!! They never showed up on Christmas. Not a reliable company

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent company which is led but an Outstanding Marine Veteran who is a Cop as well. As a Police Officer from a very diverse and dangerous city I highly recommend this company. Their Staff is very well trained for various type of situation. I have hired them from escorts to property security and never had a problem. The Manager/Boss, Kevin is very professional and respectful. If any unforeseen situation should occur Kevin is always on the top of his game. I have experienced several companies out there and I still would recommend Global security above all of them. Best customer service and it’s actually led but Veterans who understand the business in depth. Again, thank you for the hard word and for providing my family and properties with the best service.

Negative experience: This company is used in my apartment complex. There drivers are in an out in seconds. What kind of security is that? Waste of money!
Rose I am sorry you feel that security patrols are a waste of your communities resources. Security patrols certainly take more than a few seconds but are not designed to take very long. They are a cost effective way to have a security presence in a community.
