Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome. Locked my keys in my car at 3 am and they were the only ones to answer the phone. They got to me quickly and got me in my car even more quickly. Plus they were really reasonably priced! They are now my go to locksmith!

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Absolutely horrendous service, the technician told me he would arrive on site within 30 minutes, I see 20 min later that I had a missed call TEN min ago, I missed the call because I was expecting a call 30 minutes later or at least close to it like he said, I tried to call back about 8 times and got NO response. so your telling me you couldn’t even wait 10 min whenever you gave me a call 10 min ago that you would be here in 30 min??? Once again HORRIBLE customer service… NEVER call these people if you are in a tight spot they will definitely NOT COME THROUGH

Fantastic experience: These people are great! Locked my keys out at 9 p.m...they had me back on the road in less than an hour. We called a few other locksmiths before we called them, they were rude and huffy and took awhile to respond. The lady answering the phone was very sweet and helpful and the locksmith, Jason arrived very fast and had my car unlocked even faster and was very nice...even at 10 p.m. Thank you guys. I highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Despite the, what I consider to be reasonable, price of $45.00, the timely manner of this engagement was 2x as long as they told me it would be. I called for my service and was told 20-30 minutes. 45 minutes later I call to see where they are and they said they are just now on their way, 20-30 minutes. If you are needing something done fast, find someone else.

Fantastic experience: The dispatcher was quick to answer our call, gave us a cost & time estimate in minutes & had their guy out to unlock our vehicle in a little less than half an hour. The service technician was very courteous & friendly & helped to calm a pretty stressful situation to the point where we could think straight & find the keys instead of having to get one made. This after waiting for over two hours for another company who never even bothered to call back with an estimate on when they might be able to get someone out to us. Would highly recommend them & will definitely be calling them first if I ever find myself in that situation again.

Fantastic experience: As an attorney and a former private detective, I appreciate competent and efficient service. In this case, I was chasing down a defendant who had been ducking service of process for over three months and had just about given up hope when Midnight Run Services nailed the bastard. I hired several other investigators around the country - one of whom claimed to be the best in the country! - and none of them were able to find my defendant. With quiet calm and confidence, Chris found the defendant and had him served. Speaks volumes.

Fantastic experience: The locksmith owner came out to pick an outdoor lock that was installed on a bedroom door. This lock was very challenging to pick. But he was persistent, and tried every locksmith tool imaginable. Instead of charging us a reasonable per hour rate, he only charged what I'm guessing was the "this should be quick and easy" quote he gave us over the phone. In conversation, he discussed some of the private investigation work his company also does. While I'm not an expert in that field, he seemed intelligent and capable there as well.
