Fantastic experience: I called this agency when we needed a Summons served on a mom regarding a case in our county. They had good reviews, so I gave them a call. Big bonus in my book: they answered the call immediately. If a business goes to voicemail, I move on. Brian was very professional yet friendly. We talked for awhile and I sent him my info. He then kept in touch and told me how the job was proceeding. I sincerely appreciated his help, suggestions and honesty. When the job was over, he emailed the Return and bill to our office at my request. I would hire this company again without a doubt!

Negative experience: Do not hire these guys I gave them $3,000.00 dollars to put on a G.P.S tracker on a vehicle they took the money and ran. Made a bunch of excuses the car was unapproachable it was to dark. Afraid a dog would bark They sat outside the persons house for several hours gave up, kept all the money and didnt get the job done. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Fantastic experience: Sometimes drastic measures are needed to ensure the safety of a loved one. Neal Custer, owner of Custer Agency, was able to track down my granddaughter. A court granted me guardianship of her, but she was being hidden from me by family members. I flew in from California, determined to locate my granddaughter and get her back, but I was unsuccessful on my own. I was referred to Neal Custer by another Boise private investigator. Neal’s professional courtesy was A+. He was flexible and easily available. He even met with me late at night, after I had arrived from California. While I was unable to be in the Boise area while the investigation was ongoing, Neal Custer kept me updated on a constant basis, and was invaluable as my eyes and ears. His team located my missing granddaughter, and I flew into Boise, met with Neal and was able to legally regain custody of her. Mr. Custer ensured our safety and security until we were on our plane back home. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without their help.
