Negative experience: Couldn’t get a word out regarding my service request. I was told if I was the president of the US due to a question that was mis interpreted sally wouldn’t engage. How does one get service when the company is too concerned about themselves than collecting correct info for what would have been a paid service

Fantastic experience: This company helped me find my mother who was missing 2 years ago. The private investigator that was assigned to me was Max. He is amazing! He is compassionate, intelligent, and kept in touch with me with updates frequently when he was working on my case. He went above and beyond helping me locate my mom. Negative experience: I contacted Morse investigations on Jan 23. Explaining that due to a stroke, I was unable to perform a specific task myself. I needed to obtain a license plate number for a car which I had the year/make/model/color and knew where it would be parked during the day. I wasn’t looking for confrontations with the driver, DMV investigations or anything else. Confirmation of the owner of the vehicle would have been performed by an entirely different party. Their company was 45 minutes away, in the same area where the ‘case’ would be. Each time I spoke with Max he cautioned against using their DMV privileges and each time I said that wasn’t needed. Each time he said he would talk to his boss. I felt that I was just repeating myself and he wasn’t even taking the time. I wasn’t expecting the company to perform the request for free, but it wasn’t until the third phone call that he said that the normal retainer is $1500. Obviously I was planning to pay for my request, but told him that I felt that was outrageous for the task and reminded him why I couldn’t do that myself. Again he said that he would talk to his boss. I reminded him that it was now going on a month and nothing has changed. I told him that I was going to write a review on my experience and then he said something to the effect of, I will ride through the parking lot tomorrow on my way to work….. I don’t recall how the call ended as I was so disappointed that someone would knowingly waste my time like that. Perhaps this case was too clean to handle. Calls were exchanged 1/23, 1/26, 2/1, 2/8, 2/22

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this company by my family attorney and they were my second call and my only regret is that they weren't my FIRST call! Fantastic experience: Stop. This as far as you need to go in your search for a P.I. I used John Morse and his firm regularly when I was practicing law. When it comes to investigating cheating spouses, fraud or missing persons, conducting surveillance or researching cold cases (not to mention many, many other services), there is no one more professional, more discrete, more compassionate or more affordable than Morse Investigation Services. They should be the first and last stop for any professional in need of private investigative services. But professionals are not the only folks they can help; private individuals should hire Morse as well. Now that I have quit actively practicing law, I still have occasion to use John and his team in my personal life. Most recently, my wife and I needed a quick turnaround on a background check for a potential babysitter. John had a complete, comprehensive report prepared on our candidate in less than 30 minutes after I submitted the information. It was crazy affordable, and he checked her husband too, without me even asking! Seriously, you can't go wrong with the Morse team. These guys are true pros.

A few times I got a tip about about some potentially criminal behavior taking place and i made late night calls and emails.They answered, got out of bed, and the next morning I woke up to a file that blew me away. Justice was served and my family has a much more promising future because of the phone call I made that day.
