Negative experience: Terrible service the woman at the window was no help at all.

Negative experience: The guy was totally rude and insisted that he couldn’t give me information on MY background. He needs a customer service class.

Negative experience: And to the man that I spoke to that kept hanging up whenever I was trying to make an appointment, I hope you have the day you deserve.

Negative experience: this agency is the definition of TRASH. like someone else previously mentioned ,they will literally hang up on you when you call. And before he hung up, i just sensed a real unprofessional vibe from the tone of the guy I spoke too, to all the noise and commotion in the background..I can’t believe this place is even legit..PLEASE don’t waste your time with this place.

Positive experience: Went for work related requirements. Love the fact that it's not that messy ink on your fingers....it's done by computer scan.

Fantastic experience: Walked in at scheduled time, did the fingerprints, walked back out. Pretty simple.

Negative experience: Called March 8th to schedule a background check. Got hung up on once during our phone call. Was told I was scheduled for a 4pm background check, yet the person on the phone never even asked for my name. Show up at 3:55pm the next day to a sign on the door “be back at 4”. Wait around for 35 minutes. Calling and knocking on the door, not a single answer. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I never leave reviews but this called for it.

Negative experience: The gentleman who took care of me was polite and efficent. If I was basing my review solely on him it would have been 4 or 5 stars. However I ran into a hickup and when I called the company a female was less than professional, very condescending.
