Negative experience: This company represents my abuser and helped him find me in hiding. I don't know how these people will help an abusive man that had a felony strangulation case against him (hung jury) multiple CPS reports for abuse in the home. CPS forced me to leave him and now he is retaliating again me. I have multiple CPS reports of his abuse in the home 911 calls. Photos. They will help anyone without doing any du diligence to see if they are actually helping a family or hurting them. Now my ex was able to serve me for full custody of our son. When my family has been in. Hiding from him. I pray God takes care of my family. These people could never understand what that "man" put myself and my children through. If youre a coward, abuser, and you need help these people will help you. Look no further

Fantastic experience: Dawn and her husband are such wonderful people. I had never used a process server before and was quite stressed out about it because I needed my ex wife served with some heavy papers and she was quite difficuly to pin to a time and place. From the moment I sat down with Dawn I could tell thier focus here was truly providing compassionate service. She worked with me dilligently, sympathetically, and carefully to make sure we served the right documents. We came up with a plan to serve her with quite difficult time restraints when alot flexibility was needed. My divorce and filing a restraining order against my wife was one of the hardest things I've ever gone through, but Dawn made sure serving the papers was one of the easiest.
