Negative experience: This Bail Bond company, Shari R. Adams and Nicholas Adams who “acted” as G.A. For Palmetto Surety have been misleading, misrepresenting and ripping off their Agents as well as clients for the longest!!! Where is the moral integrity in these losers?! BEWARE people!!! DO-NOT use this company to bond-out your loved ones out of jail. SHARI R. Adams and her hubby Nick Adams are in co-hoots with each other and both are under a huge criminal investigation with Fraud, Felony Theft charges and are looking at prison terms due to their on going Racketeering , money laundering, and more. All the Agents under Pirate Style (ShariR.Adams) need to come forward and complain. Lawsuits need to begin!!! If Palmetto Surety does not go forward with prosecuting these two criminal amateurs with short lived careers then surely…Palmetto is involved as well. Stealing money (Buff and Premium) from clients and Bail Bond Agents is a crime!!!!! They need to revoke their licenses, put leans on their assets and prosecute them to the fullest!!! DO NOT USE THIS BAIL BOND COMPANY PEOPLE!!!! You’ve been warned!!!

Fantastic experience: I was in jail with no one to help me to bail me out, I found there number and a gentleman called Jonathan answer the phone. I'm not going into special details what he did for me, but it was a blessing cause I'm the only caregiver for my parents and my 2 year old daughter at home. He heard me out and got me out with out hesitation, only I know how important is to be at home with my family and he also understood. He knows he knows he got me out, but now he knows he saved my family cause of my absence. I'm so thankful for this company that I can't write in words. Negative experience: I called and spoke to Thristina. She was very friendly, told me what I needed and when I was ready to call back because they had a lot going on. I called several times. There's a phone number you can text on their voicemail and I missed it the first time and for some reason when I called back, it was a different, automated voicemail with no number. I left a message and waited about an hour and called again. I got the normal voicemail and sent a text to the number. They responded immediately and said they were picking up a fugitive and she'd call me as soon as they were done. I said thank you so much and never heard from them. I called the next morning at 10am and no answer. I then texted the number and received no response. Still nothing.
