Fantastic experience: If you are into car repossessions, then this is the place for you!

Negative experience: If you need papers served, look for another company. The first attempt was decent, gave information. Then every attempt after that made no sense. They provide '3 attempts', and their first 3 attempts were all between 12pm and 3pm. The rest of the attempts all stated "Went by an address knocked on doors several times no answer. Left contact card.". Safe yourself the trouble and just get another server.

Negative experience: Towed my awd car with a car dolly and destroyed my drive train and transmission (for a tow company to do this shows how incompetent the drivers are) and to top it off they cut out the inside of the wheel wells with a box cutter and when I went to pick up my 17 wrx, they had it smashed into the bumper of another vehicle ruining the paint on my bumper. If i could put 0 stars i would.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE COMPANY IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO HELP THEN GET OFF THE FREAKING CONTRACTS WITH RIVERWOOD

Negative experience: Worst company ever they asked if my front bumper was broken before and I said no I took pictures and everything and one of the co workers tried to deny that it wasn’t their fault and they took pictures before they towed it. I asked for the pictures and they said they couldn’t show me. I also had to fix my own right tire that had plastic hanging from when they towed it. I couldn’t even move my tire all the way to the left. I did all of that before leaving the towing parking lot as they watched me fixing it. I’ve made a claim and hopefully they get back to me soon or I am going to sue.

Negative experience: I went to pick up my car and my bumper was cracked and my splash shield was hanging on the ground as well as the shield next to my left tire was broken. They claimed that it was like that before they took it which it was NOT. Worst company I ever dealt with. Not taking accountability for messing up multiple peoples cars and getting away with it is not okay.

Negative experience: If I could put a negative million stars I would, this company placed a Air Tag on my car which is against the law on top of damaging my car February 1st of this year and denied any wrong doing which is typical, so now I will be suing them and going to the media to expose this company for there illegal business acts. Bad PR is bad for any business and I gave them more then 8 months to take ownership and do the right thing so now I will see them in court.

Fantastic experience: Working in property management, it is SO important that your residents, visitors and staff all feel safe in their surroundings. Zane Investigations aka Nevada Security Services provides all of that and more. Everyone on staff has been awesome to work with and Joseph has been our go-to guy in many situations. He is a great representation of the company because he is professional, knowledgeable, very responsive and easy to work with. They have helped to build a positive community as well as bring me and residents a peace of mind. I love that they wear body cams and send daily reports so every situation is accurately reported and taken care of in a timely manner. I will definitely look forward to working with them in the future and I 100% recommend NVSS over other more mainstream security agencies here in reno.

Negative experience: If I could give them a negative 10 I would this company damaged my car and have avoided my every effort to get it fix im beyond upset that they just avoid me so they don't have to pay its sick that this company does this

Positive experience: I went to look for a car that was taken from the apartments where my son lives. I called several places and they didn't give me information since it is a classic car. But I reported it to the police and they found it in this place... and the guy who assisted us was very kind.

Negative experience: Some guy drives passed an illegal parked car with no parking tag in an apartment complex to tow your car which has a parking tag just because he wants to. The even drove passed the car again on his way out the picture is the other car still there an hour later. I hope this business goes bankrupt.

Negative experience: They ripped the bumper off my car after towing it. The claims department will ignore you. They do everything via email.

Negative experience: This company is an absolute fake. There's several Claims against them in the NTA and the Sand Pebble Apartment complex don't give them your money they are rip off pieces of trash. Can't wait to see them in court.

Negative experience: Worst company ever I hope they get shut down. Still trying to do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows how bad this company is but also working to bring this company down. I have never heard of a company as rude as this company. They damaged my car said they had cameras then wouldn’t show me the cameras because they know they where at fault.

Negative experience: I got my car towed I dont know why. I tried reaching out to them and I cant seem to get hold of anyone. They seem to bw doing shady things at 12 when I got home I went to get my purse from my car and it was gone. I tried to call them and they said they were closed. Worst department evwe. Be aware of the crookedness.

Negative experience: Towed our car from our apartments in Nevada. We have to park in the handicap from time to time due to my fiancé’s mom being in a wheel chair. I know the tow trucks have seen our car with the placard up but ONE night we forgot it and they towed us. Little over $200 day before a birthday. Very hard to get a hold of, staff unfriendly. All they do is circle the apartments looking for their next victim. Also suspicious they have very little marketed under their towing company “A2Z towing” everything seems to be under an umbrella company Zane Investigations. Looks like they mainly deal with repos. Sucks that our apartments hired such a shady company that only cares about getting $200 a pop per tow. Luckily we got it the morning it got towed, I don’t even want to know what they would charge for “storage” (probably something crazy like $200 a day if you can’t pay right away). BUYER BEWARE STAY FAR AWAY

Negative experience: Worst company ever damaged my car lied to me about it. reported I never gave them my key when I did.told me they have cameras told the claim company they have no cameras. Will continue to keep fighting that they make this right. Worst company ever will be reporting them and make reviews updating on if they make this right or not daily so every one can see how horrible they are.

Negative experience: I'm an auto transporter and every time I've dealt with this place The vehicle was left behind 24-hour notice plus wont answer the phone and want you to put in an appointment "REQUEST" online and then it takes some 24 to 48 hours to respond to the request for an appointment to pick up a vehicle by email and then you get denied because it doesn't work with their schedule not recommended to pick vehicles up from this place if you're an auto transporter unless you have lots of time to waste they don't realize auto transporters work 7 days a week 24 hours a day and it's not always possible to determine exactly when you'll be there every time I've had a vehicle dispatch to me that was at one of their locations was left behind!
