Negative experience: Tried to get a basic background check on my stepfather and his marital status who touched me unwarranted and behaves like that all the time. They rather charge hourly for surveillance on my safety like I’m some high ticket VIP client. When I’m a disabled person trying to live and make it on my own. Don’t talk to them unless you have money. And If you’re actually being harmed don’t talk to these people. They won’t help you unless you’re an above average victim.

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of the agent Brittany who handled my issue. I was in another State and had tried other resources to resolve the problem short of flying out there and attempting to deal with it in person. Britney was communicative and worth the reasonable charge involved and she resolved my problem to my full satisfaction. My only regret? That I didn't think of employing her earlier! Could have saved myself a lot of fretting!

Negative experience: Please run from this company. I reached out with a genuine concern and question, and Jon was very rude about my situation. Instead of even considering my situation, he belittled me and made me feel like I was wasting his time when I was fully prepared to pay whatever he told me needed to be paid. I thought I would get help only to be made to feel like an idiot for giving a PI a chance. I wouldn’t have even given this company one star if that wasn’t the minimum.

Negative experience: I went on their website and what I read was exactly what I was looking for. The website said that they prided themselves on helping in consumer auto fraud and wanted to be a voice for those accused of accidents that weren't thier fault. And also took on rental companys deceptive tactics and fraud. Then I called up and had an incident with a multi billion dollar company, and I believe I spoke to the owner and he seemed to busy to talk to me and disinterested. He acted as though he could do nothing for me. It was totally opposite than what I read in the website. I would have given them 0 stars if I could have. And I hope he reads this comment and when he finds out I have the billion dollar company backed into a corner , he would probably wish he helped me w my case. Elite did me a favour as I had to do all the work myself and should be getting positive results. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody. And I never say things like that ...... 1/21/20.... IDK if you will see this or not but I would like to apologize for writing my review while I was completely understand duress. I had no one to help me at my time of need. I called several lawyers who wouldn't take my case because I wasn't injured. I am not one to fake an injury. I felt isolated at the time as I had just moved to the area and knew nobody. And had no one to turn to. I did call your office and I'm not lying about that. I just felt I was getting brushed off again. Maybe your company was very busy at the time. I don't know. And to be honest with you, I don't know if my situation is resolved yet. I have had to do a lot of pain staking research and came across one person to help me. If you heard my story , u mite understand why at that time I was disappointed. Forgive me for wondering why you are just now are responding to my review, but none the less, accept my apology if u are sincere in your response. I am seeing all other reviews were answered promptly. Why the delay in responding to mine?

Fantastic experience: I have been a PI for 29 yrs now. I recently contact Elite Investigations for some assistance on a Family Law case. I spoke with Juan originally and my case was assigned to Bobby and Cody. It has been a long time since I had the type of service, dedication and communication from another investigator on a surveillance case. Bobby was outstanding with frequent updates so I could relay the activities of our subject to my client on a regular basis. They put in many hours on what at times was a difficult case. Once they got contact with the subject they didn't let go. If anyone ever has a need for PI services Elite and specifically Bobby and Cody have proven themselves as top shelf and quality investigators. Great Job men!!!!

Fantastic experience: Recently hired Elite Investigations to help prove a tenant was short term subleasing. Many other investigative agencies made things too complicated when attempting to work out a plan but Elite's crew quickly found the perfect investigator to fit the needs of my situation with minimal complications. I worked with Cyndi Brumley on a time sensitivity case and she provided a detailed report with the information my attorney needed to file the court order. I am in a different state and I wish there were individuals like here all over America that could provide the same high level of customer service that she did with such a small window of time. I would ask for her by name if you use decide to use Elite Investigations!

Fantastic experience: I spoke with John of Elite Investigations today and he told me upfront to not waste my money hiring a private investigator. He knew about the guy I was calling him about, who's basically a career criminal and has been ripping people off for years. The advice he gave me for the group I represent is to contact the Attorney General and report him, and also to spread the word on the Internet far and wide. He took the time to explain to me what the AG could possibly do. He also confirmed what I suspected, that it wouldn't be worth hiring a lawyer either as this guy has enough money to fight in us court until we basically drain our resources. I REALLY appreciate John's honesty and integrity. He said "I don't want you to spend another dime, you've already lost enough." I should also add he has a very confident, personable and empathetic phone manner. If I ever need a PI's services in the future, this firm would definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have needed Elite's services now twice over a period of 5 years. On both occasions my request was addressed quickly, professionally and thoroughly. on the first case, i was looking for some very sensitive information that was a few months old, and Jon connected me to someone who did indeed find me what i was looking for. it was amazing. on the other case, i had called one other PI in the Bay Area in California, and after one phone conversation, did not respond further to even let me know they wouldn't pursue the case. I know this would never happen with Jon at Elite. you might not get to the bottom of your case, but you can be sure all avenues have been tried. He keeps you informed through the process. I would not hesitate to call him again.
