Negative experience: Poor service with no results. Waste of my money. I also noticed after several poor reviews they suddenly had 6 friends post fake good reviews in one week to try to bury the ineptness of this company. Suddenly 6 people in a week posted good reviews when they only had 6 reviews prior in a whole year? Full of it. Could have been smarter to at least do fake reviews spread apart over months. Don’t trust this mickey mouse operation and spend your money better on the roulette wheel.

Negative experience: Joke investigators. Lost my boyfriend within the first 20 minutes of following him! Now that I look deeper, they have no bio or information about the owner’s background on the website. What are they hiding? Mistake to hire this sham of a company. They’ll probably reply “not our customer” as they do with all their bad reviews I should have listened to. Buyer beware!

Negative experience: This place is a fraud. No law enforcement experience. Uses court officer experience as a facade as law enforcement. This guy couldn’t find a collar at the dry cleaners. Save your money.

Fantastic experience: Aldesco Investigations came through for me immediately. Within a few short hours of calling (initial call was in the evening around 6-7 pm), he was out searching for my mom. His minimum is 6 hours but helped me out by starting the evening with 3 and I contracted him for another 6 the next day. He stayed with us well beyond his contracted time, as it was a complex and difficult case. Unfortunately, we did not have the ending we were hoping for, but having Aldesco Investigations with us along the way made us feel like we did everything we possibly could have. I'd never once thought to hire a PI to resolve an issue and was kind of skeptical to begin with, but I am SO glad that he did.
