Negative experience: Drove 5 hour for Alex to tell me she has no information on my husband beware if you travel,I got hung up on just trying to see about where do I pick him up my love one is not a priority here just money definitely don't recommend due to the hang up iny face when asking how do I receive my loves one AFTER MY PAYMENT OF COURSE TAKE THE MONEY THEN HANG UP ON ME WOW Know scared to callinforminformations Also when I called the jail no bond has been posted so false information was giving for sure

Fantastic experience: Makes my life easier pain online

Negative experience: If I could give these idiots zero stars i would. I called and gave them ALL my info as well as the person's I was trying to bail out, was told I'd get called back after calling their insurance to see if I qualified as a cosigner. An hour went by, so I called back. No one had left any notes regarding my info, I had to go over the whole process AGAIN. THEN, again was told I'd get a call back. NOTHING. called back and they told me I was approved to cosign for another $300. Great whatever. After gathering all the money I called again the next day to confirm. Not only did they tell me I DIDNT qualify to bail out my loved one, but they told me I was trying to bail out a second person HOURS away whom I had never heard of in my LIFE. and I was qualified for the stranger! What a bunch of incompetent employees. Apparently they don't have managers or supervisors either, how silly of me to even ASK.

Fantastic experience: You all did well when you tried to help get my brother out. We got lucky and he was released without any charges but you had things ready to go if we needed the bail. Also got my refund on the $500 deposit!

Negative experience: My experience has been awful my sister has never been in any trouble of any kind and not knowing how the system works i turned to this place to bail her out and it was a huge mistake due to there lack of professionalism and our lack of knowledge my sister missed court and was re arrested and they will assume no blame instead make up stories to take there errors out of the problem, the woman at the 24 hr hotline# are rude and careless they don't help, them setting up times to meet at the Victorville office and not being able to just come in is ridiculous and the most frustrating part is that when i ask to speak to someone in a higher level 3 different people have said to me 'there is no one higher I'm the only person you can speak to" so either the bosses hide behind the workers or the workers work together so that the bosses don't see there mistakes either way they took my money and know they won't help and they soñé work with ur down payment over the phone they said all i would need was $200 to get her out and once everything was nearly done they said they could not do less then $500 on a $25,000 bail now i know so many other places would have do e it for way less.

I went through a horrible ordeal that resulted in many varied degrees of police/government brutality culminating in me not being able to even have my free phone call to get help because I lacked a local number! Which of course the sherrifs could care less.... Anyone who has ever been locked up wrongfully or locked up period can attest to the sinking feeling of having to be stuck another day or so! Or being stuck without a way to phone for help. Well with the help of Diane who is an amazing person full of kindness and understanding I was able to get ahold of my very worried family and post bail in the early hours which totally saved my tail! Anyone in my book who helps you get to your family is a savior but doing it with compassion and understanding was the extra step that Diane made in my opinion and that is extremely rare and invaluable especially in the business of being in TROUBLE....thank you Diane and Absolute for being there when it counted!
