Negative experience: Absolutely terrible customer service. I needed a background check for student teaching and this company continually told me to do the exact same thing each time an error popped up. They take days to a week to get back to you and as stated before when they do get back to you they are of little or no help. If I am not able to do student teaching and fail my course and then have to retake it in the fall it will be because of this terrible terrible company. If I could give less than one star I would.

Negative experience: SCAM 100%. This place was processing multiple transactions daily from my acct. Not only one day but a few days. Each and every transaction was for a different money amount. Luckily I didn't keep money amounts in this account or everyone would have went thru charging me. This didn't deter them though. I had to have them blocked so their attempts was then denied. DO NIT USE THEM. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING.

Negative experience: Gave 1 star just so I could post what a fraud this company is. They accidentally posted a certificate and then retracted it. They allow a very limited amount of time to comply or your case is closed. My experience shows that they will take your money and not provide certificates.

Negative experience: I had a similar experience to most of the other reviewers. They accepted payment but then don't deliver the report, claiming that they need to complete "credentialing" to verify that we're a legitimate company. Will not grant a refund, even though we've already on-boarded the candidates and the report is now of little value to us. Find a different background check provider!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this company at all! They are extremely unprofessional, I have paid for a report and still have not received it. They also do not give refunds, even if they don't provide you with the background check.

Negative experience: Ran an employee background check. Was told two week turn around, it's been 4 and no report has been provided. Tried to log in online and it says my account has been made inactive. Waited on hold 3 different times over 20 min each time. My insurance provider was able to provide a report the same day. Don't waste your time and money.

Negative experience: Had to use this company for access to a Shipyard. Took them 23 days to finish- Too late by far to meet the shipyard requirement....NO refunds given back. These people could care less!

Negative experience: We have been loyal customers of this company for years and their customer service and responsiveness have completely disappeared. No matter how many individuals, departments or service areas you contact, via phone or email, it takes many days to get a response, if at all.

Negative experience: Customer Service here is terrible. Every time I call nobody ever picks up and I'm on hold for about 20 minutes until the call drops on it's own. I've also left my call back number multiple times and nobody ever calls me back. Their customer service email and chat icon on their website is also non-responsive. Very difficult to ask for help and updates on requested background checks when nobody is there to help you.

I have NEVER had an incident with the law and now my character and honesty are in question. When people's livelihood and reputation are on the line, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Negative experience: Terrible and unprofessional company. paid for a background check for states they indicated they had. They never emailed me the background check. When I called about it, they said they only did a background check for one of the states , and wanted additional fees for every state I want to do a background check for. I advised them that that's not what the company promised, and when I asked for a refund, they said they can only give me a small fraction of the refund for not sending me the email. Meaning they acknowledge that they NEVER EVEN SENT ME THE BACKGROUND CHECK for the one state they did via email, and still wanted to charge me because they supposedly did the background check, that they never actually sent me. Unbelievably disappointing experience. I highly recommend you do not use this company.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE? My experience with this web site/company was horrible!!! They charged me 3 times for the same report! The verification questions were not relative to me, so I was still charged. When I called in I was told the order could not be cancelled and I would have to send in a photo ID before they emailed me and docs. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

Negative experience: This is a private company, not part of the government. Their slick site duped me. Do NOT pay for this service, you can get the info for almost nothing at any BMV. Mine here in Ohio was free. Also after they took $50 from me they still have not actually given me my report.

Negative experience: I ordered a search of a person for about $70. The search came back saying the person had no criminal record state or local. But the person in question has a 20 year criminal record in federal and state courts. In short, the service this company offers did not work for me. Cheaper services work better. Also PI's offer personalized searches for not that much more cost.
