Negative experience: Do not contract this company my losses outweigh my contract. Not to mention the poor management.

Negative experience: If you would like to talk about an accident waiting to happen, then allow me to introduce you to this company. Their employees have absolutely zero experience with any kind of de-escalation, confrontation, simple communication skills, and full of little guy syndrome. While being stalked at the West Milwaukee Menards store, I was stopped at the door up on exit and had my 15 bags of of place and recounted for the third time. The 10 bags of brick paver sand that I had was also recounted. This is after I loaded the cart by myself with them watching. I then pulled the cart from the back of the landscaping section outside at the back of the store, all the way to the cash register by myself passing 6 Menard workers in two more security officers and never not one of them offering any kind of help whatsoever. Their "regional Manager"Natalie, is absolutely appalling. She should really watch how she talks to people being that she's a regional manager and all, with zero people skills mind you, because she's very on the right path to get punched in the mouth of the disrespect that she spits out of her mouth. But if you're looking for a company that clearly puts any old person in a uniform and calls them a security officer, then this is the place. Remind you they have zero people skills zero level of professionalism and ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Negative experience: All prior 5 star reviews were faked by employees, do not contract with this unprofessional dangerous company, they put you at risk for a law suit.

Negative experience: One of the most poorly run security company I've seen in 36 years in the industry. Michigan state supervisor has no clue and gets his feelings hurt if anyone says anything bad about him. Ed is centered on control and controlling people rather then providing great service to his clients.

Negative experience: Most unprofessional security outfit in the Midwest unlincensed security employees ,management that discriminate and promotes age discrimination. Schedules never on time and no communication stay clear of this 3 ring circus !!!

Fantastic experience: I haven't worked for them in better then seven years, but when I did it was a descent place with fair management (Edward O'Brien the CEO & Mike Hart).

Negative experience: DISCLAIMER: Just my opinion. Don't @ me Edwardo Fun Job. Horrible owners. Corporate office is a circus ran by clowns. Get assaulted on the job and Eddy boy will send you thoughts and prayers. Criticize Eddo and the egomaniac will probably go nuclear and all of a sudden have more than enough money to try to get both the cops and lawyers involved. The owner likes to assert his dominance on his workers to make sure they know he's the Alpha Male and that he has the biggest third leg. Pretty soon, Edward's clown boots and his circus will run out of flavor and Koolaid for his minions. (You know who you are). Oh, one more thing. This guy (Edison, the owner) really gave his own company 5 stars LOL

Negative experience: They will drop your name to the person there investigating. Don't ask this comapnay for help. Becides a private comapnay has to right to do the work of the government. P.s. Dont trust jack.
