Negative experience: Needed a defendant served, I called and was told I have to go to the office. I went to the office but could not find it bc there is ZERO signage. I called and the guy said I had to come before 5pm. It was 4.58pm. Google said they were open until 7pm. So this was misleading. He wouldn't tell me where the office was when I asked either. He had attitude and was unhelpful. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: I have been using Process Plus for a couple years in a professional capacity. They are excellent!! They have made service on many difficult people and in some very strange situations. They always respond immediately to my requests, keep me totally updated through the entire service process and provide the court forms required in a very timely manner. They are professional, efficient, approachable and extremely helpful! They are also nice people to work with and I have worked with other Process Servers that were not nice nor were they efficient.

Fantastic experience: Brian responded extremely quick for a courier request I had. I was looking for a way to deliver gifts directly to the recipients because I was concerned about them breaking via fedex or usps. Positive experience: They did a great job in getting the job done I had to have a rush service done on the holiday when another company backed out on me last minute. The price was a little more then I wanted to spend but I understood the first charge. Although I was happy with service I asked for a price on a second address the job was done on the second address before I was given a price making me forced in paying a second charge of $275.00 after I already paid $325.00.

Fantastic experience: I am a paralegal at a law firm down in Florida. Our office was hired on a rush basis to retrieve children from an ex drug addict Mother who had illegally taken the children back to Pennsylvania with her. We had some hoops to jump through in order to get the children back. I hired a different process server first with no results. It was very discouraging. I then proceeded to call several servers in the area. All who had an attitude that was not very promising. After speaking to Brian, I knew if anyone can do it, it was him. He was out there first thing in the morning the next day. Sent us a message when he was on the way. To my surprise, he got into the locked building the other process server couldn't get into and served the mother on his first try. Immediately notified us that service was complete. I really cannot say enough good things about Brian and his company. This was the most important step for us getting these children back to safety and he went above and beyond to make sure he got the job done.
