Fantastic experience: I was arrested for fraud on a rental car I received from a car insurance claim that was not my fault. I dropped off my car to be repaired and picked up the rental. Kept it 2 weeks and returned it. I thought that was that other then I was never paid for my car which was totaled. 4 yrs later, I'm facing Fraud charges and Access tracked down the rental to prove they received it and have been renting it out since then. Fantastic experience: In 2015 I hired Access Investigative Services to assist us with gaining full custody of our grandson(12yrs old)as his mother decided to file for full custody after no contact or visits since 2006(3yrs old). Fantastic experience: I hired Access on extremely short notice to help with surveillance pertaining to a workmen’s compensation case. There was only a 36 hour window to accomplish the needed surveillance and under conditions that made it difficult to find the person in question . Access Investigation was able to provide the surveillance videos and pictures that are essential to proving my case. Positive experience: The gentleman that answers the phone is very pleasant to speak with and I was very hopeful for a good collaboration but unfortunately had too much misscomunication before we even started. I was explained that the lack of response and follow up to my email as well as the failure to advise of their unavailability to provide services previously agreed upon, on due to them being too overwhelmed with work. I can understand and appreciate being busy but not at the point of failing to provide a notice.

Fantastic experience: Peter and his team at Access Investigative Services are amazing!! I had an issue with some product I had purchased from a private seller in Florida (I’m in Seattle), fully paid for, and had been going in circles with the seller who had swore up and down that the product had been shipped. I hire Peter and his team to get to the bottom of things, and they went above and beyond my expectations! They were able to determine that the seller still had the product in his possession, got pictures and video, and even spoke with him directly! Their success allowed me to take it to the next legal level and provided the necessary proof for the sheriffs department to act. Without the information from Access Investigative Services, I sincerely doubt I could have achieved a successful conclusion to this matter, and I’m deeply appreciative for their hard work and excellent customer service. Fantastic experience: As a retired paralegal, I have utilized many different firms in Florida that perform private service of process in the past and have usually been disappointed, especially when the element of surprise is lost because the process server isn't careful or diligent in their initial approach to the job, no matter how detailed your instructions may be to them. Access Investigative Services pleasantly surprised me because they took the time to care and listen to my situation (need for service of process in one of the 15 Florida counties that require a Judge's Order to perform service there), especially since I was anticipating a difficult service due to the venue. Each time that I called and/or met with the owner or his staff, they were always very quick and responsive no matter if I contacted them either by phone or email. They came up with excellent ideas on how to solve any problems that arose, and their intelligence and experience showed in their confidence and professionalism.
