Fantastic experience: What a true professional! Contacted Long Island Process servers to have my ex wife served with papers. That same day within 3 hours of my call Thomas came directly to my house to get all of my paperwork. He explained exactly how he would serve the papers and the process after serving the papers. He even called me 10 minutes before he actually served the papers and 5 minutes after he served the papers he sent me a photo of where he served and Within a few days I received a copy of the Notarized court filing. Fantastic experience: I louis have used Timely Process Servers a few times, and every time I have called Thomas Thompson has been there promptly, He has answered any questions I have had to the best of his knowledge , I would highly recommend this place of service, They have always gone beyond and all final paperwork is automatically forwarded to the courts, so you have no worries there, Everything is done for you.

Negative experience: The steps in the court website doesn't say to" file" it says legal papers must be delivered. When I contacted this business to serve the courts the owner didn’t know what he was doing at traffic court. I expected him to serve the papers upon the traffic court. Now after paying him $150 I asked him for the affidavit of service he was supposed to complete just like every process server does, he’s saying that he didn’t “serve” for me, he “filed” paperwork. What a slick guy! My motion was rejected due to his failure to complete affidavit of service! I never asked him to file the whole point of researching a server is to serve. Why would I research a process server only to file and not serve?? That defeats the purpose of a process server doesn’t it?? If the slick fox was clear he would not have gotten my money because I definitely didn’t need anyone to file paperwork when the job was to serve. He started using his sickness as an excuse and was very rude when I confronted him about partially completing the job. So I advised the owner if he will not do the affidavit I'll be commencing my case against him in small claims court. I would be careful dealing with this know it all here!!

Negative experience: I attempted to get a document notarized. Came to the office, no one answered. Called the number, and was redirected to a TD Bank that I didn't have time to go to. (I was on a bicycle trying to navigate through traffic as it was.) The only reason I came was because the office was the closest notary I could get to from home according to Google, and I couldn't even get my documents done.

Fantastic experience: update: I do know that I've used them more than one occasion and each time he did his due diligence. Just to be a little brief I was in the situation where the other party was refusing with all their efforts to be served in a situation where they kidnapped the children. Even though this was the situation Mr. Thompson made it a priority to let the court know his efforts in trying to serve the other party. Also, to make sure the court knew the other parties' efforts in avoiding service. The effort he put in resulting in my favor. The price I paid for getting service done with the result I got in a four-day period. Was well worth it! Thank God I was pointed in his direction. I needed something serve. It was done in a timely fashion. On the first attempt. I also appreciate it no worries service I got from this Process server! From now on I know where to go if I need some thing served the first time.
