Negative experience: DON’T GO THERE !! Paige and Zac are Extremely rude.. have not gotten my results it’s been 7 months and they have been so rude about me calling and asking about my results, when I talked to Zac he mentioned that my info did not apear in the system, so that made me think they never submit my fingerprinting. Paige was claiming I put a wrong address when they looked at my Driver License and I verified my address and the address is on the paper they gave me. She was not the one in the first place who did my fingerprinting, she said I throw away my mail, honestly Its so frustrating, how they just dont even help you and don’t care about it. I give them 0 stars…

Negative experience: This woman is an absolute con-artist. She never submitted my fingerprints in the system, and charged me $95 for the service. I have waited 2 weeks to hear back from my employer about getting the prints and NOTHING. When I went to see her, all she did was advertise her husband's HerbalLife pyramid scheme to me. I have a strong feeling that whomever does not follow up with her husband, she never submits the fingerprints, and runs off with the money. DO NOT GO TO THIS PERSON.

They guided me through the process seamlessly, making sure I understood each step. The office was clean and organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they completed both the live scan and notary services without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of these services.

Negative experience: I had to go to this location 3 times to get my Live Scan results submitted correctly. The first time, the rep was late to the appointment by over 10 min and the second time, they missed the appointment altogether and I had to come back the day after. If you can go somewhere else to complete your LiveScan, I recommend doing that.

Fantastic experience: It's a great place! Very clean inside, comfy like your living room when you have guests come over to socialize. I've attached some photos to hopefully make it easier to find this place. But it's basically in the northwest corner of the building, on the 2nd floor. So try to park somewhere in that part of the parking lot. For Live Scan, it's somewhere in the ballpark of around $140-$150 if you're doing the works. I didn't catch their names, wish I would have, but the staff here is very friendly, very nice, easy to work with.

Fantastic experience: To start, I have been to many live scan facilities before, and I love this one most. The office is beautiful and the employees and the owner are so sweet, and diligent, which is very important to me. I was in and out of the office and I had a very pleasant experience with this business. I will be coming back for sure! :)

Negative experience: Please do not go here and do not give them your personal info or access to your finger print. They had papers of past customers left out with their social security and drivers license ID exposed to anyone who comes in. The place is extremely unprofessional and no one knows what they are doing there. And to respond their response, you do not have my information because I left and did not want you to have any of my information.

Fantastic experience: I got a Livescan /fingerprints for CA DRE today. I called and Paige got right back to me, I got an appointment and completed my fingerprints all in the same day in her office which took 10-15 min. I would definitely recommend Paige.

Negative experience: I showed up on time and she was not there. Apparently she was 20-30 min away from the office. I don’t recommend this place at all. Do not waste your time. I already read another review pointing that she was late and I should have listened.

Negative experience: If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This business is a colossal waste of time! Called to make an appointment and when I showed up the next day, no one was there. Called the number on the door (same as the one I had called for an appointment) and went straight to voice mail. My recommendation? Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Very fast and capable. I have have always been told that my prints are “difficult,” so I expected the worst. The appointment took ten minutes, no problem. Ask for Paige.

Negative experience: I made an appointment with someone named Beth on the phone, she said she would message me with the correct address because it could be a little confusing. I never heard back from her. I messaged her and still no reply. I showed up the next morning at 9:30, the time we agreed to, and no one showed up or answered my calls. I was left standing in the rain. Honestly I was so disappointed. Luckily another scan agency was open in Sherman Oaks that I went to. No appointment needed and better yet they were actually open and happy to receive my business.
