Negative experience: When I walked in to the interview, there was an open bottle of liquor in the office and the end of a chummy conversation. The interview itself was executed professionally, but the final report on the investigation contained a number of errors. As the stakes for the investigation was quite high in my opinion (the safety of children), I was disappointed that the investigation was not thorough or logical. Whitestar group felt like a boys’ club to me. I truly hope their faulty investigation does not endanger anyone in the future. RESPONSE: Errors in the report are as follows: 1. the alleged concerning activity occured in Summer 2021, but it was reported by your investigator as Summer 2023. 2. an evidential communication was reported to have been a text by your investigator even though it was a facebook message. 3. the subject did NOT have a separate computer during the alleged activity aside from the district-issued device. 4. failure to investigate the claim that the subject's partner could have framed him and planted evidence of child sex abuse material on his computer. The partner's whereabouts were out of the country and the partner's location could have easily been verified with travel documents. I could go on with the shortcomings. Furthermore, I reported because the subject in question has access to many sacred children, including my own. I do believe that the children's safety continues to be at risk. I reported because I care deeply, and it is my duty. I cannot remove my review, because it is my experience, and I hope others will look elsewhere for thorough, thoughtful, responsible, accurate investigative help. True, I did not hire you, nor would I in the future.

Fantastic experience: I had. Construction equipment stolen from my yard, Sheriff's department did zilch To help besides taking a report. I told the sheriff's department I Had information of where my equipment was Nine months after it was stolen , they refused to act and said it would Take months to recover it. What a joke!! So I contacted mark on a Friday, And on that following monday I was picking up my stolen equipment. These guys know what they're doing And get it done. Thank you mark for all your help very appreciated. Will certainly recommend!!!!!
