Fantastic experience: Personally, I've a long history of frustrating experiences with third-party security companies and I've always been hesitant. But, I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and dedication that I've experienced with New England Security. From the initial consultation to the execution of the services provided, their team was prompt, courteous, and extremely attentive to our needs. The security personnel were well-trained and conducted themselves with the highest level of integrity and respect. Their presence provided a sense of safety and assurance, allowing myself and others to feel safe without feeling pressured nor uncomfortable. The attention to detail and proactive approach to potential issues with discretion and without any unnecessary procedures, it is what truly set them apart from other security companies I've experienced in the past. Special mention goes to Dan Ryan, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. His quick thinking and incredible ability to find solutions with smart approach in a calm, proactive, and caring demeanor made the difference for me especially since I've autism and there were others with autism like myself which struggles with normal/insensitive security protocols. However, they were able to adapt to our needs accordingly without causing any unconfortable situation that in the past could have escalated without their intervention. Overall, they exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of top-tier private security. Five stars are hardly enough to convey our gratitude and satisfaction!

Negative experience: This was the most unprofessional company I have ever seen or have ever been apart of. There is zero leadership zero structure disrespectful supervisors. I was treated very poorly. they fire employees almost as fast as the employees quit on their own. still to this day never received my last check that they owed me. Awful experience will never use or be in contact with this company again. And I advise everyone to stay far far away as well.

Negative experience: At Beachmont train station he’s a clown harassing people that park to pick up there families from the train station there’s no place to park so people wait in a parking lot and the security guard drives up to people and makes them leave

We use both armed officers and unarmed officers in our operation and the market is challenging to find quality security officers. I have high demands and expectations for security services around de-escalation and public safety. Dan and his team have been providing security officers and patrols for the past several months at our operations. I have not found a better company to work with. They provide excellent oversight and work very well with the other disciplines. If I ever have a concern or problem it is addressed almost immediately and their supervisors are here nightly checking up on the officers and they have a dispatcher on-duty at all times for the team. Their rates are affordable and fair. They have been great!
