Negative experience: Untrustworthy, favoritism, no benifits.does nothing for there employees.

Negative experience: I initially contacted Rae, provided all necessary details, and followed up by phone to confirm the information. She sent a quote, but it needed to be amended. After confirming that she would revise it, I heard nothing further. Despite several follow-ups on my part, I did not hear back for over two weeks. Only after I sent a text message to both Rae and the CEO did I receive an email stating they were withdrawing due to a lack of information. I would have gladly provided any additional details if requested. While I respect a company’s right to decline services, the lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing. Waiting over 17 days after being told the quote would be amended, with no further response, speaks volumes about the company’s reliability.

Negative experience: My sister and I went to Orlando health bayfront to see my mother upon arrival went through security with no problems the first time we even got are passes fine. The second time my sister and I went through there was 3 security guards there, one was talking to another guard. When my sister went through the alarm went off and a security guard who was there came and was rude told my sister she needed to take off her watch and go back through. Which was fine. But she was extremely rude when telling her to go through again and then asked if we had passes. We said we have them and she said " I'm not talking to you I'm talking to her she's training" and once again its fine but she was extremely rude through the whole process. Her name is Jocelyn Rivas. We understand that she was helping someone train but there was no need to be rude.

Negative experience: I paid for and took the D class in August and I have been waiting for them to submit the fingerprints that they took from me and after a few months they told me to go have someone else redo the fingerprints because they lost them and to leave them alone. Con artists

Fantastic experience: Miller and Miller is a great place to get your D and G license for Security Officer needs. All the staff are very friendly and will help you out in every way. The instructor, Mr. Holmes, is a great instructor. He made the class very interesting, fun, and taught us everything we need to know and more. I definitely will be going to get any licenses I need for my future at Miller and Miller. You will be happy that you went there.

Negative experience: I encountered an "Oliver" so he says is his name and badge says Harriot at bay front medical standalone hospital on Gandy Blvd. He was very rude to me trying to upset me when all i was trying to do is speak to my wife who i am medical proxy for. He proceeds to ask me "Are you a doctor?" Do you know everything? And i told him I'm a doctor when it come to my wife and he says well we dont need to hear what you have to say because we have a Dr back there. When i was talking to another nurse he still was being rude and trying to excite me on purpose so he could likely kick me out. Telling me i was a liar and he didn't say that. If this is how your employees are allowed to treat people then this company is going to go downhill.

Negative experience: I heard they lost the gru contract and this is a good thing. Security wasn't managed well by them, especially during the pandemic.

Fantastic experience: We used MIller & Miller for our annual fundraising event in October 2020. Our experience with them far exceeded any expectations we had!. They were beyond helpful and extremely professional. They were diligent in patrolling the parking lot and helped all of our guest exit the facility with ease. They provided car service for our speaker and were very efficient. I would highly recommend them for any event.

Negative experience: If you want a company that screams at your customers and makes derogatory toward them this is the company for you. I'm sure they would be fine for a warehouse or junkyard but not a business where you want customer service.
