Negative experience: I took the online course because I really wanted to get my security license and plus it was paid for by my company. I loved the idea of the online option because it was suitable for my schedule, but it was unnecessarily TOUGH! I did not like the instructor, Cruz, at all. He was rude, arrogant, was a know-it-all, and disrespectful. He got annoyed by everything. It was frustrating for us who were getting kicked out of the platform, had connectivity issues, and had questions. I didn't want to ask questions because of how snarky and sassy his attitude/responses were. I passed my test, but I did NOT enjoy my experience. It's hard to sit for 8+ hours listening to him speak. Yes, he was knowledgeable, but his attitude was terrible. I would not recommend this company (online) for licensure.

Fantastic experience: I had a very comfortable experience and, above all, the necessary information regarding safety. The instructor and his secretary are very sociable and, above all, very charismatic, and kindness is always present. Thank you, and I recommend them.

Negative experience: Online server failing over and over again for the entire class. They need to hire more instructors or get a better server. It’s failing because it cannot handle more than 100 people. Absolutely unacceptable for a course that costs $100. Assuming that they get 100 people a week at that price, for the Class D license alone, that’s $520,000 annually. Definitely enough to afford a better server or more instructors to reduce the load on the server.

Fantastic experience: The online training course was GREAT!!. The instructor Ubaldo Cruz was very knowledgeable and informative. Took the course recently 05/06-05/10. Passed the exam with no problems. Just have to listen and follow the instructions of Mr. Cruz. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to take the course. If I could afford it I would take the course again and again.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend it More! I took the Course from 4/22/24 - 4/26/24 and it was informative and straightforward. Instructor Gunny made sure we knew when to take notes and what notes needed to be taken. As for the Exam at the end of the Course, I passed it only missing 4 questions. Simply pay attention and note what needs to be noted and you will do perfectly fine on the Exam.

Positive experience: Overall it was informative and well presented. I passed my exam with flying colors. The instructor could have been a bit nicer especially to new students coming in that aren’t aware of how the program works but at the end of the day he did his job and he was also prior military so I can see how his demeanor is a bit much to some but I grew up in a military household so I’m used to it. The class was easy as long as you pay attention and take notes. You get a break every hour which helped retain all that information thrown at you. Good job, I would recommend this class just make sure you aren’t lazy and pay attention and you should be fine

Fantastic experience: I did the 40 hrs course to get my security guard license. I did it online from March 4th to March 8th and I took my test I passed it with a 90 took me 2 hrs is 170 questions! Certificate was sent immediately to me from the owner Scott Steinman and my instructor was Ubaldo Cruz the instructor doesn't really have that much of a personality but he is very very knowledgeable about the security business and he teaches so well and he is very knowledgeable about everything that entail with security I highly recommend him and I recommend this school for making everything smoothly and it's well for making everything accessible to me as a mother with two kids and a husband thank you so much yo May the most high God bless you all! and I'm going to refer everyone and anyone to y'all!

Fantastic experience: I have been doing unarmed security in Virginia for almost 10 years and I originally came into this thinking oh i know what I'm doing this will be a refresher? So wrong. Thank you to our instructor Cruze who broke down so many areas I either forgot or had no knowledge of. If you are going to do security either D or G. Start here..you won't be sorry :)

Negative experience: website has too many issues

Fantastic experience: Awesome training class. I was worried since I did the class 10 years ago and I didn't like the instructors, so I was afraid it would be the same. However, the classes were informative, and if you pay attention, you'll pass the class. I finished my 5 days and took my test today, passing with a 167 of 170. If you pay attention, you'll pass. Easy peasy.

Positive experience: Hello, I finished my registration. Try to pay my fee online, it didn’t work. Is there anyway I can go there Monday morning at 7:30 and pay there before I start my class? I called and left voicemail but nobody returned my call.

Negative experience: This class is the worst class I have ever taken .. they have no real website and then the intructor acts as if he’s the police academy and is very disrespectful. They try to keep your money and give no refunds if you get kicked out and the rules he make is very outrageous He is very rude and lies for no reason . Don’t NOT attend

Fantastic experience: I have a significant education and expected to be bored. Alan Riddle blew that out of the water. Alan's combination of teaching, experience, and humor moved the 40 hours from potential boredom to an excellent learning experience. Great job S2!
