Fantastic experience: We use All In Investigations for our business. They do our background checks for high risk flight operations and group housing arrangements. They’re ultra professional, fast, consistent, and communicate with us clearly and immediately. We started using them after a past company failed us in thoroughness and timely investigations, and once we started working with All In Investigations we learned what this service should actually be like. They also sometimes communicate directly with our customers and contract partners and I always trust/know they will do so professionally and quickly, and they have.

Negative experience: Do not go here!!! I was told no one does polygraph anymore by this man. Of course after I Paid $500 an ordered a polygraph for a martial issue. This man took my money. Gave my wife a vocal stress test knowing full well she would fail the polygraph. The showed me the result of a stress test and told me she passed. I ordered polygraph specifically for the pulse check. Made me sign a form saying he gave me results. Could have saved me and my children 2 years of grief and embarrassment. Crooked is sugar coating this man!

Negative experience: I feel obligated To leave this review. For the record, I do not leave negative reviews often. However, I was directed by my attorney to use these guys to sweep my house for bugs and cameras. It took Dan and his partner two days to perform this task, one of them fell through my ceiling while in my attic and never offered to pay or repair the damage. Also, I never received my report stating my house was clear for almost a year after I paid $9000. Once I finally received the report, I couldn’t even understand any of it. I asked several times if someone could explain this to me crickets! Several other issues with these guys if you’re looking for an honest company within integrity, I would look elsewhere!

Negative experience: I took my phone here 4 months ago and I still do not have my phone back. It was necessary that the data was extracted immediately but it wasn't until weeks later. I received an email with the data but it shows absolutely nothing, how convenient. If leaving my phone with this business for 4 months and not picking it up doesn't tell them that THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM with why I hired them then I don't know what does! My phone was shut off and not by me which was why it was very important I get the data immediately! I have contacted the BBB and Attorney Generals office about this business. I would NOT recommend them!!!

Negative experience: Before hiring any company please check reviews and BBB I hired this company back in November 22, just got my data Feb 2024. This was supposed to be a 4-6 hour project, lasted 2 months. The communication was horrible with D. Smith. A lesson learned.... please interview more companies before making your finally decision.

When I needed to locate someone that I hadn't been in contact with for over 30 years, All In Investigations found the individual and put me in direct contact with them within hours of me calling them to inquire about their service. I was simply amazed with how fast and thorough they were. Their personal attentions to my needs were top notch. Negative experience: I used All In Investigation, Inc to assist me with finding divorce records of my husband's previous marriage because I could not find it on my own anywhere and I had no idea what county his divorce was filed in. I didn't mind paying someone else to do the research for me because I didn't have the time to keep searching, so I called All In Investigation. I received prompt and kind service and was told that the divorce records could not be located. A couple days later, someone else (who is not a private investigator) successfully found the divorce records for free just by calling the city county building for me. I was baffled at how a private investigator could not take a simple step as easy as making some phone calls in order to help me. But someone with no experience took the time to make a few calls on my behalf. When I advised All In Investigation that the records were found, they blamed the city county building for not entering the divorce record into a system that would allow them to see it online. I do believe this is true, however I just feel like All In Investigation did not provide the best customer service experience for me by not going above and beyond. The investigator said that "he searched every possible system and he has done everything short of actually going to the city county building to search." By his own admission, he didn't go above and beyond to help me. Although they provided prompt and kind service, the service just wasn't sufficient for me and no refund or partial refund was offered....just blame and an apology. July 9, 2020 Update after a phone call from All In Investigation and after reading their reply. I did not request services late in the day nor did I request same day services. I still have all of the email correspondence and it shows that I requested my services at 12:46pm. My case was requested, researched, discussed, finalized and closed all the same day before 4pm. But I never asked for services to be rushed. The only email I sent after 5pm was days later when I shared my complaint that the records were found by someone else and I was wondering how the investigator missed finding it. I was not expecting an instant reply back because I knew that it was after hours. If any representatives spent time after hours researching, then that is solely on the company because I never requested any additional time to be spent on the case. However, thank you for the time that you did spend. I also received a call from a representative from All In Investigation yesterday. She explained that she doesn't like my 2star rating and wanted to know what could be done to change my rating. She explained that they should have actually charged me more money than what they did. She further explained that if they had taken the time to call the City County building or even physically go there, then I would have been charged about $150 per hour...she then asked me if I would have been willing to pay that kind of money. I don't know what she assumed about me by asking that sort of question, but obviously if I contacted a place a business for their services then I was willing to pay if I was given all the options of what they were capable of doing. She seemed very bothered by my personal experience with their company and seemed to just want me to change my review. A review is the individuals personal feelings, experience and thoughts. I understand that getting non satisfactory review is not ideal but it can definitely be used to better a company's processes. My case proved that not all records can be found in a database...and some times using some 20th century detective work is still effective. I'm not trying to convince anyone to not use All In Investigation nor have I said anything horribly bad about them...I was just simply sharing my experience...that's it. But after the phone call I received from them and then reading the inaccuracies about the situation in an attempt to make my review seem incredible...I would now suggest customers to proceed with caution.

Fantastic experience: My phone was 'boot looped', which meant I'd lost everything in there - calls, photos, etc. Dan quickly recovered everything for me and called to let me know how everything went. Love the fast and professional service!

Fantastic experience: I was a recent widow and naive to online dating. International Investigators prevented me from making a huge mistake with an online predator. Even though I never suspected anything, my friends urged me to get my new 'suitor' checked out, as I was getting in over my head. Reluctantly....I did. My questions were 'Is he real and is he who he says he is?' Within a few hours, International Investigators were able to answer both questions with 'No'. They did have further details but I was so devastated that I didn't want to know. I am so glad that I contacted them. If I hadn't I feel my life would be quite different now.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Services weren't delivered as promised. Communications not returned but happily collected money and charged me right away. Be aware and not pay upfront. Many promises but no delivery!

Fantastic experience: Long story short, I had software on my phone allowing an ex to get copies of my texts and emails to her phone. International Investigators found the software and we traced the purchase through obtained credit card statements. Thank god that is all over with.

Fantastic experience: This was a great way to find my skip. Been in business for 28 years and sometimes you just have a hard one to find. The person i was looking for was hiding so good it became a chore, looked on line and found this company and what a great help. it was dead on . everything went has planned Got my defendant and oh was he surprised the look on his face was priceless. to me pinging his phone was the easiest and most cost effective way to find him, especially when he was hiding like a rat. i highly recommend, this company they did what they say they would do and it worked out perfectly. Very professional and did what they say they would do.Happy Hunting.

Negative experience: We feel ripped off. We were clear in e-mail that we had a $1,000 limit on the work. They overworked the case, didn't find anything we could not do ourselves, and charged us much much more. We made a second payment of $1,000 thinking that would resolve it, and they have now sent us to collections. I think our communications were VERY clear that we did not authorize a large investigation, but they went ahead and ran up a very large bill that we did not want, to do work that was not worth the charges. We could have done the work ourselves - they added nothing that we didn't already have access to. Rip off! Problems were with Brenda McGinley and Tim Wilcox

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with the international investigators! They were professional and kind. I would recommend them to everyone.

Negative experience: Had a terrible experience with their PI service. Communication was deplorable. They didn't tell me when they were 'working' until I got an invoice. Next thing I knew I owed over $5,000. Glad I cut them off when I did or I would have been forced to harvest a kidney. They lost their tail twice, had terrible vantage points (gave me vehicle make but no license plate - thanks, now I've narrowed my search down to only 100,000 people!), 'revealed' to me information that was readily available with a simple Google search, and the straw that broke the camel's back - they got caught by the very people I hired them to monitor effectively making them just investigators as they were no longer private! I tried to talk them down on their price as a good faith gesture as I don't see how any respectable company could ask their client to pay for a total hack job. I'm now thinking about becoming a PI myself as I'm sure I could provide stiff competition to International Investigators, a company which is living in the stone age. Expecting them to learn anything from this review is pointless as they apparently don't know how to use a search engine. This is a warning to anyone looking for a PI in the Indianapolis area, avoid at all costs!

Fantastic experience: I am an adoptee and have know my entire life that I was adopted. I had the most amazing adoptive parents and couldn't have asked for a better life. Deep down I wanted to find my birth mother so that I would know who I am and where I'm from...most of all I wanted to tell her it was ok. The urge to find her escalated after the birth of my 2nd son 24 years ago. I realized that now two beings didn't know half of their background. I hit dead ends and ultimately gave up my search. This past February a mutual friend put my in touch with Tim and International Investigators. I was reluctant at first to pick up on my search. So much time had pasted. My sons are grown and life is busy. But with a little urging from Tim, I agreed. All I had was a date of birth and a city. That's it. I was certain they would not be able to find anything. One week and I had my answers! Unbelievable! Unfortunately my birth mother passed away in 2000. But I found so much more.....she married my birth father and they had three children....my full blood siblings! My birth father died 2 years after my mother. They said he died of a broken heart. The story has a happy ending.....I have a sister and two brothers! They are all amazing. Although we all live in different states, I facetime my sister everyday. I speak with my brothers multiple times a week. They have embraced me and constantly say I am a gift from our parents in Heaven. We are meeting for the first time in May and I can't wait. If it wasn't for International Investigators I wouldn't have this amazing story to share. They were so supportive and were with me every step of the way. It was like they were finding their family with me. I can't say enough about this wonderful organization and would highly recommend them to anyone. Actually, since I've shared my story, a number of people have asked for their information for their friends and family. Bless you Tim, Brenda and Carolyn. You are AWESOME!

Fantastic experience: I need to thank International Investigators for their help in a very sticky situation. My husband wanted to know where I was at all times and would always ask me about my day, where I went and what I did. When I told him where I was, he just didn't seem satisfied. About a month later he quit asking me about my day, which was strange, but around that time I started complaining about my phone not staying charged and it felt hot a lot of times and that I had to keep charging it all the time. I had no idea he had installed spyware on my phone until he accidentally slipped and made a comment about me being all over the city at different times of the day and wouldn't it be more cost effective if I did my errands all at once. One night before bed he reminded me that I had an appointment to meet my mother for lunch and there was no way he could have known this. I couldn't figure out why he would make these comments and how he knew I I didn't say anything to him, but looked up ways he could possible know this. In my search I had located a company, International Investigators and spoke with Tm and he explained that my phone could be bugged. I told him about the texts to my mother and my husband knew my whereabouts all the time. Tim suggested I have my phone checked for spyware, which I thought was ridiculous because that was movie stuff, but the more he explained what spyware did and that texts, emails and my locations could be forwarded to another phone, I decided to proceed. I sent my phone to their lab and in about six days, they called and told me I had spyware on my phone. I was shocked!!! I confronted my husband and he admitted that he had installed an application that would let him know where I go during the day and who I text and email. I let my husband know this was an invasion of privacy and that I had International Investigators remove the spyware. Now my phone doesn't get hot as often and it holds it's charge. I didn't realize how easy it is to buy and install spyware on someone's phone, especially when they have access to it, but Tim told me spyware could be installed by simply sending a text picture or email with a download. I am amazed at the technology available to anybody, but thank goodness, that technology goes both ways.

Fantastic experience: I recently used International Investigators to investigate and to trouble shoot some suspicious activity I was having with my cell phone. The battery was hot (even after not using it) and the screen would flicker at unusual times. Through the use of III’s cellular forensics services, I found out that a competing company had actually installed a spyware program on my phone. This is how the competitor was showing up to bid on the same projects we were bidding on. III is a life saver! Fast, thorough and professional. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I engaged International Investigators Inc. to locate an old friend from college that I had not been in touch with in many years. They provided me with an estimated cost and the final amount was less than their estimation. They had located my friend within a few days and contact was made almost immediately with him. I had previous attempted to use some internet locate site which was very unsuccessful. III was professional and upfront regarding their costs and the time it could take to find him. I was updated as to their progress and am very happy with the end results.
