Negative experience: Their process server showed up at my house, even though I have an attorney. My attorney's office has a slot for paperwork to be delivered after hours, but the process server was too lazy to feed parts of the stack of papers through the slot. He came to my house with no mask on in the middle of a pandemic and tried to hand me a stack of papers from his bare hands. No thank you. When I refused to take them, he threatened to leave the paperwork on the porch in the snow. I refused to the delivery, told him he was trespassing, and he slithered away. When I called to complain, and to ask who gave them my home address, they said that they could only release that information to my attorney. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude, yelled and talked over me, and hung up on me. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: The ONLY person with this company that "tries" to help is the receptionist. I needed 2 fingerprint cards done, and had cash and a card to pay the 35.00 OVERPRICED FEE, and the lady told the receptionist, like I wasn't there that they could not do it. That is fine, as I have dealt with this company a few times because I was sent there. They are NOT worth the extra money they charge, and the worst customer service around! They act like you are a pathetic low life that need them for their services. I sure found a good one, and mobile....T.B.N! Don't waste your time with this company, because customer service is LAST on their list!
