Negative experience: Private Investigation Jane's response to my review are complete lies just like her promises to deliver services. She is rude and does not perform the work that customers pay for. This business has received several bad reviews including mine. I am going to state of Alabama to have her licenses revoked! I sued for my money back and she did not show up in court. I won a judgment against this company and they have not paid me. I have referred this company to Vericor Collection Agency and will attach a lien on their license. The business hides behind a post office box at UPS and does not list an actual address. They hide behind this PO Box thinking no one can find or serve them . I think they deserve a less than ZERO star . UNPROFESSIONAL; UNETHICAL; UNWORTHY OF YOUR MONEY! That photo for their place of business seems to be aof Renfroe's parking lot. They continue to avoid the collection agency by hiding behind a P.O. Box at UPS. which they list as their address. There does not appear to be a physical address of business
This is nonsense. This woman filed a ridiculous lawsuit, and never showed up in court, the judge dismissed this case. We were present at the zoom hearing and she was not. This woman hired us with an initial retainer of $500 to conduct a background check on an individual. She had donated money to this specific individual, and claimed he had "scammed" her. We spoke/emailed the client numerous times and provided her the initial background check we performed, went over the results with her on the phone and provided her with a quote with for future work she was requesting and told her I would send her these results in the mail. The next day she sent us an email telling us "not to bother" sending the information that she did not want it, and that she was unhappy with our services. I then finalized the investigation with a case summary report and emailed that to her. She continued to email us, calling us a "scam", accusing us of this and that, etc. I can provide copies of these emails, and phone call log upon request. We offer exceptional investigative service and have for over 20 years. We stand behind the work that we do.
Negative experience: Poor Customer service. The owner Jane is all about money, I hired her to find out some information. When I didn’t hear from her with in the time she told me she would have some information for me. I called her to cancel her service because by that time I had got everything I had hired her for. When I ask for my money back she hung the phone in my face.
We have never had a client by this name. Unfortunately companies are spammed with fake reviews. We always stand behind the work we do. We have never not completed work, nor does anyone hang up in a customer. This is simply a fake review. We have offer exceptional private investigative services in the Montgomery area for over 20 years, and have helped thousands of clients.

Negative experience: I want to let all of you know that Jane is a scam. She is very rude, unprofessional and very unfriendly. I had talked to her few weeks ago about a case that I wanted her to investigate for me. She barely listened to me and kept saying that I need to retain and pay the fees first in order for her to even listen to my case. I was disappointed with her rude and unprofessional behavior and did not feel like retaining her. Since I could not find any other agency or may be due to lack of time, I called her again today. She was rude as usual and did not listen to me and kept saying that I need to retain her and pay the fees before she will even hear me. She even said that she does not remember a bit of case that I discussed with her the first time stating that "I receive 20 phone calls every day and I can't remember everybody's case" I said, ok, I MAT hire you for few hours but let me think again. She said she is going to send me the invoice. After sending the invoice, she texted me pushing to pay it right away. With her pushy attitude, I was skeptical again and told her that I need some more time to think if I want to retain her or not and she kept pushing and also threatened me to pay the invoice. I finally told her clearly that I do not want to retain her due to her behavior and I am not sure if she is a real agency or will even provide any services after getting my money. She kept threatening over the texts and when I said that I am clearly stating to not pay you for the services that I have not received and do not intend to receive, then she texted me that she had reserved time for me in her office twice so she has provided me services and threatened to pay the invoice which was a pure lie. I can tell you that all the bad reviews about her online are absolutely correct. Stay away from this scam lady. I was very respectful to her in all my texts but probably people like her don't know what respect is and she kept interrupting my privacy. I plan to report her in case she texts me again so guys if you also have suffered from such behavior form her then please let me know. And JANE, THROUGH THIS ONLINE REVIEW, I AM ASKING AGAIN TO RESPECT MY PRIVACY. I wish you good luck and a blessed day.

Negative experience: Response to Ms. Jane. . . I am not nor have I ever been a telemarketer, If you wouldn't have been rude and cut me off in the middle of my sentence you would have found out that I am a criminal justice major that was looking for a private sector to ask a few questions for a class assignment. Being that you work for the public you should work on your people skills and take responsibility for your actions. This was a telemarketer trying to sell us something. We told her that this line was only for clients. Our company is bombarded with telemarketers on a daily basis. Our phone number is on the do not call list, and we report telemarketers. We offer the best service to our clients and uphold our professionalism

This young man called me wanting information on how to become a private investigator. I told him we offered training courses, to which he replied that he did not have any money He then continued to ask me what he could do to be a private investigator, I told him he needed to take a training course. He kept persisting with nonsense, I finally said I'm sorry I cannot help you goodbye and hung up the phone
