Fantastic experience: First off, I am not a family member or ever knew Matt before hiring him to help me. Matt is a courteous, diligent, professional, and punctual investigator of the most efficient kind. I needed the best help possible dealing with a fraud perpetrated by California State Automobile Association (AAA). AAA refused to pay my auto policy benefits for 9 years after being rear-ended by an under-insured AAA driver. AAA never paid my medical and hospital bills even after I had shoulder surgery and become partially blind. I can not say enough about the gratitude and consideration Matt gave to my situation. Fantastic experience: I contacted Matt Thompson to help me locate a long lost relative that I had not had any contact with in years and did not know how to get a hold of them or if they were even still living. I then hired Matt Thompson to locate him. It only took one day for Matt to get back to me with an address and confirmation that this relative was still alive and well. Matt did a good job of locating this family member quickly. Before hiring him, I called around to other private investigators and they were less than helpful and wanted to charge me far more. Matt was able to get the job done quickly, efficiently and for less money than I was quoted by other investigators. I now have the information I need in order to make contact with this long lost family member. Very happy with the services i received.

Fantastic experience: I suspected my partner of cheating, but whenever I presented him with his suspicious actions and asked for an explanation, he would always make it seem like I was somehow the problem. I knew he would never come clean with me unless I presented him with irrefutable evidence. I then hired Matt Thompson to conduct surveillance on him. It only took one day for Matt to get back to me with video of my partner doing the things I suspected him of doing. Matt did a good job of remaining in contact with me and keeping me updated. Before hiring him, I called around to other private investigators, but he has quite a bit more experience (over 20 years) than the other PI’s I spoke with and despite his extensive experience, he still charged less than what I was quoted by the others I spoke to. (There were other PI’s with less than one-quarter of his experience that charged more). I feel very fortunate that I was lucky enough to find Matt and he was able to get the job done quickly, efficiently and for less money than I would’ve otherwise spent. I now have the information I need in order to move on.
