Fantastic experience: Got fingerprints done today here. Quick and easy process. Staff was friendly and explained the whole process to me.

Fantastic experience: They took my fingerprints. It was quick, even though I arrived half an hour early, they accepted me and did it quickly. The girl who works there is very nice.

Negative experience: The lady in the front desk is very nice and Michelle other than that this company is a complete joke ! Take your hours and Let a Dike who's younger than you run the company, The Management team here is NO help , take what you can from them and MOVE ON

Fantastic experience: This business also houses IdentGO fingerprinting services. In and out at 350pm, the servicing lady was wonderful to work with. Business Iffy to find, but you'll find it. Suite 6 or opposite of the Kent Chambers of Commerce.

Fantastic experience: Had fingerprinting done yesterday as part of a background check for the state of Washington. The two ladies who helped me were very helpful and answered all my questions.

Negative experience: The lady at front desk today October 3rd around 2:20 pm was very rude, disrespectful toward elderly people. She didn’t have name tag on either. She is also very unprofessional in her work and had discriminated talk against us. We are respectful people and I see we should not deserve her attitude. She need to be retrained to be respectful and professional.

Negative experience: Had a bad experience with them. My apartments hired their security team for the night time. Last night me and my boyfriend came home from a long day of work, we were so tired we shut our eyes for a second sitting in the car. a minute later this lady security officer named Diana comes banging on our window yelling “NO SLEEPING IN THE CAR”, we roll down the window say “Okay” and roll it back up, she walks away and then a couple seconds later comes back and starts harassing us and taking pictures of our car for no reason. I get out and I say “excuse me what are you doing?” and she starts running away. Later on I see the male officer who was with her and I asked for her name, he told us and apologized for her harassing us and explained that that was uncalled for what she did and said he will delete those pictures from her phone. We weren’t doing anything and she invaded our privacy for no reason. It’s so weird how some people get a drop of “power” and feel a sense of entitlement and feel the need to harass people for no reason. If this company hires security officers like this who make people feel uncomfortable like we did, I would suggest not doing business with them. Very unprofessional.

Positive experience: This place is difficult to find. Google maps tell you that you have arrived on the front of the building. They are actually on the backside of the building in a plaza. Ladies that work there were nice and efficient.
