Negative experience: SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! This Investigation Company took advantage of my out of state situation. They lead me to believe they could help me, l made several payments to get the case started, a week went by and l didn't hear anything, so l called and l was told they forgot about the case and went on vacation to the mountains. They told me they could have an agent working on the case soon and l never received anything, no videos or pictures, it was one excuse after another, l requested a refund to just call it even and they refused to send me my refund $1,700.00. I really needed help! Save your money!
Fantastic experience: I contacted Salazar in desperate need of getting someone served. I knew the location and time but it was less then a 24 hour notice. I got all the paperwork over to them and they confirmed they will be there. Within 24 hours the person got served. They did a wonderful job was very nice to work with and kept the communication going. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: I was desperate for answers so I reached to to Salazar Investigation team to assist me in finding some truth in my marriage. They were extremely responsive however the actual quality of investigating, information and photo I was provided was hardly worth the price. I got 1 photo of my wife and the photo was something that I knew because I was on the phone with her at that time. My wife was able to come and go from her hotel undetected numerous times. When I brought this to the teams attention they denied the possibility of it happening. After that they attempted to charge me for extra time investigating when during that time was when my wife left the hotel and went to her friends house for dinner without them knowing. I actually had to show them proof that she wasn't in the hotel anymore. Completely disappointed!!!

All your claims of our services are completely false and will be publicly available for any future clients who wishes to experience your exact case. Clients can email me, the agency owner directly to [email protected] I was desperate for answers so I reached to to Salazar Investigation team to assist me in finding some truth in my marriage. They were extremely responsive however the actual quality of investigating, information and photo I was provided was hardly worth the price. I got 1 photo of my wife and the photo was something that I knew because I was on the phone with her at that time. Response: We provided you proof that we picked her up from the airport and properly documented the woman that picked her up and the vehicle. We used investigative means to determine the vehicle belonged to the Subject's friend's mother. This is standard protocol. My wife was able to come and go from her hotel undetected numerous times. When I brought this to the teams attention they denied the possibility of it happening. Response: This is completely false as we tailed the vehicle to the hotel and observed the Subject enter the hotel and out of the view of our Investigator. The Investigator was properly located at the front door to await the departure of the Subject during the hours of surveillance. The Subject never exited the hotel. Could it be possible that she left AFTER we departed for that day? Absolutely! Again not our fault. We can't force the Subject to leave between the hours of the scheduled surveillance. After that they attempted to charge me for extra time investigating when during that time was when my wife left the hotel and went to her friends house for dinner without them knowing. I actually had to show them proof that she wasn't in the hotel anymore. Completely disappointed!!! Response: Yes, we did ask for more budget to stay later, however, we decided to NOT charge the client for more hours, instead, we stayed an extra 8 hours at NO ADD'L costs to the Client. We took this action against company policy due to the fact that the Subject never left during the scheduled times of surveillance. Lastly, the picture the Client provided us did not prove that the Subject was at her friends house during the time we were there. It is possible that the picture was in fact taken from another time period. We are a professional Private Investigative Agency well known for delivering exceptional results and most often time within or under budget. It it unfortunate that you did NOT listen to the professionals and ACT on what was originally discussed. We know what it takes to get the job done right, the first time. ****Note**** For all potential clients, know the FACTS before you hire us or any other Private Investigative Agency. Remember, always ask for proof of work so you know what you are going to get. Despite working 32 hours from a 24 hour budget, delivering results, and customizing this investigations to meet the Clients needs, he still was NOT happy. We definitely did not deserve or earn 1-Star. Good luck to you Craig!

Positive experience: Strack & Van til's always has basically everything you need the only thing they don't do is understand that this has become a poverty stricken area and they ask far too much for just about 99% of the items in the store. If you plan on going to strack and Van tils be prepared to pay a high price for just about anything other than that it's clean the employees are extremely friendly very helpful but it is extremely high priced. You will find a few things there that may be within your budget and they do have sales sometimes some amazing ones otherwise I can guarantee you that if you go there be prepared to spend a good chunk of change.
