Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ i found NBG through Yelp review. I called, stated i needed someone served papers. I was asked to tell my story. After hearing my issue i was told that he would be helping to get the jerk served. It was unclear to me where this criminal lived. I had some information that is already available doing some searches; making his job a little easier. *(Take note anytime you're dealing with someone and keep record of information you see and are given. It may become useful, ie. business logo on vehicle, strange information offered to you about living arrangements)* But hey it worked. Was able to trick a trickster at his own game. Found him at the first place. Sent me a very short video proving the moment their meeting for process serving the papers for small claims. Thank you for serving the papers. Thank you for staying in contact with me and your prompt responses. Call these guys and be clear about what you need. They were quick and handled the job. Well done!

Negative experience: I seriously don’t understand how this guy has such great reviews and wonder how many of them are real. Maybe others had a better experience than I did. When I hired Nicolas, he got my hopes up and promised he would do a great job for me. Then, he did almost nothing for weeks. He gave me a tidbit of information that I was able to find myself online within five minutes. He kept asking for more time and the final payment. When I expressed my concern over giving him more money when he hadn’t done much to earn the first couple of hundred dollars, he made excuses that he had been struggling with his health. Being a highly empathic person, I cut him a break and sent him the additional money, but let him know that I expected more from him in the future. However, he sent me a pitiful picture of him, wearing a respirator cuddling with his dog, like a sucker, I told him to take the weekend to take care of himself and we would talk on Monday. Not moments later, come to find out, he was taking a job for a friend of mine. So I caught him in a lie. I let him know my disappointment because at the time he had assured me that he was not taking advantage of my kindness and would be more on the ball. When I confronted him about the fact that he had lied to me, he began to ghost me. I offered him to finish the job, stating that I was unwilling to forfeit the half of the money I had already paid him (it was a lot and he only refunds half if you are dissatisfied), he continue to ghost, even when I offered the opportunity for him to level with me and let me know what his deal was so we could work together. My friend also contacted him and let him know that she was having the exact same experience with him as I had, asking for a refund. He would only refund half. I asked him point-blank if he was running a scam where he takes on jobs and barely does any work, then only refunds half the money. That’s quite a lot of money for him (several hundred dollars between my friend and I for about 10 mins of work, producing barely any results). I tried to hold him accountable to make it right, but again, I was ghosted. My friend and I will both be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, as this type of practice is absolutely unacceptable and takes advantage of people. I definitely do not recommend this guy, or the service. My relative and I found someone else who was able to provide us with concrete answers in a very timely matter, complete with explanations of the findings.

Negative experience: Talked with him. Scheduled an appointment for a quick notarization. He never showed up. Never responded to my email, call or texts. I waited at the meeting spot for an hour. Won't be contacting him again

He’s discreet, very good at his profession, prompt in communication, reasonable with his prices, and he goes the extra mile for clients. Going the extra mile in his profession on the Oregon coast is rare, most of the private investigators in this area are too “long in the tooth”, and tasks like surveillance are something they shy away from due to age.
