Fantastic experience: Tri-Bolt is spectacular, Haven’t been working here long but definitely plan to stay. I’ve already learned so much and plan to use my experience here to get into asset protection security. By far the best job i’ve had, zero complaints.

Negative experience: Expected so much more, sadly they’re very unprofessional, and not trained very well. You get what you pay for I guess.. They’re no longer favored or being hired on a regular basis if at all. You reap what you sow..

Fantastic experience: My name is Mike , I am the Assistant Security manager at Master Lock. Tri-Bolt ,armed security officers are protecting us while we operate our metal detector station. Tri-Bolt staff members are awesome. Tyler,Brent ,James S,James W,Carter as well as Dave the owner are highly trained, and experienced people who are highly motivated and professional. Each one of them are either current or former military,and have all kinds of specialized training and certifications . They are clean cut ,squared away people and physically fit ,ready to react in a crisis. They are doing a great job for us and I highly recommend contacting them for further information on their services. UPDATE-August 2nd 2023- Tribolt has been with us for over two months now and are still doing a great job for us . When we had some bomb threats recently they were a great help ,helping us to secure the facility,move people to safer areas and working with the Police. When the Police were doing a sweep of the buildings with the dogs they used, Tribolt team members helped take the Police and their dogs through the buildings ,having the extra help during these bomb threats helped us a lot and they performed great in these stressful situations. Tribolt also gave helpful tips on what to do during the evacuations which was greatly appreciated,they helped make a scary situation less scary and made things easier for us . Great company,I highly recommend them. UPDATE - November 5th 2023. Tribolt is still doing a great job for us , they recently helped me put salt down by the employee entrances, they wanted to help with this so the employees wouldn't fall and get hurt. These people are very good at what they do and everyone likes them and like having them at Master Lock. UPDATE -January 10th 2024- Tribolt is still providing us with a high level of customer service just like they did in the beginning of their assignment and they haven't lowered their high standards in anyway. They are impressive, when they have down time they stay busy doing training,such as discussing active shooter scenarios and other things that could happen at Master Lock,I have also seen them looking at the buildings and walking around the parking lots. If an active shooter came into the facility, Tribolt could stop the active shooter or keep the active shooter at bay until the Police arrive ,while my team gets employees to safe areas . Tribolt officers have the weapons and training to handle any crisis . UPDATE -Febuary, 2024, Master Lock is in a tough area , and recently a man came through a gate that was open during shift change, this guy looked pretty tough so I asked Tri Bolt for assistance. Without hesitation Tri Bolt helped me, Brett the manager came out and walked up and down the rows of cars in the parking lot while I drove around the lot with the Security vehicle. The men from Tribolt who were leaving to go home stuck around to help look around the lot and the men in the metal detector trailer watched out the window from their location to help too. The man who came on the property left right away without incident so everything ended up being ok and I was very happy that Tri bolt helped me like they did . Tri Bolt team members had a very fast response time and we're ready in an instant to take care of the situation. Once again Tribolt went up and above for us to keep everyone safe . UPDATE- June 2024- At this time the Milwaukee Master Lock facility is closed , but Master Lock still wanted Tribolt at Master Lock to protect their property and equipment inside , and they are still doing an awesome job for us and are maintaining high standards. They do frequent patrols and are diligent watching over everything. This company is excellent and outperforms any Security company I've ever seen. .

Negative experience: Horrible over zealous employees, they escalated a situation instead of defusing it. Do your research and hire a more reputable company.

Negative experience: Heavy handed goons during Mudhoney show at Green Bay Distillery. These guys were trying to remove people for dancing. From what I could see a group of poorly trained buffoons looking for trouble. Despite their heavy handed approach the event was still a raging good time.

Negative experience: Employees of this “security” are the cause of more trouble then they prevent. They kick people out of concerts for dancing. Phil Huberty is the worst.

Negative experience: Power tripping concert security. Repugnant.

Negative experience: These guys worked a punk/grunge show last night (5/24/19) at Green Bay Distillery and were the definition of overkill. A young woman who was maybe 5 foot tall went flying from someone else moshing and SHE got thrown out... not the actual moshers. A tall guy was thrown out for leaning against his friend... which I guess is moshing? It was like they were itching to fight someone... most of the crowd was late 30's- early 40's people who just wanted to enjoy some live music... but they were acting like the crowd was a fight club or something. The event itself was great but the security guards were garbage.

Negative experience: not a good organization. Notice Mike reviewed his own company and gave it 5 stars, although most of the other comments that mention him are very negative. He does not treat people well.

Negative experience: Their head of security, Mike, is the more untrustworthy person I have ever met. There is no way I would ever hire this company knowing their security leader is so dishonest and shady.

Negative experience: I watched their team get into a childish screaming match with a drunk guy for over 5 minutes. Then threaten staff for trying to defuse it. I would avoid any event these people are tied to.

Fantastic experience: Great security company. There is a reason the regular mall cop companies are losing contracts to these guys and why you’re now seeing Tribolt at a lot of the big events and top venues. That reason is because these guys actually provide security. The company is military owned and operated, and they run the company in a manner that reflects that. The owners and supervisors will not accept incompetence from their employees and are not afriad to enforce the rules and standards set by the production managers when it comes to handling belligerent or unruly patrons. Most of their staff are current military, veterans, cops, EMTs, and firefighters, so they are trained and experienced in reacting to emergency situations as well, which is a big plus. If you want to get what you’re paying for (security), hire these guys. Just know that they may ruffle some feathers. If you’re just looking for bodies to fill “security” t-shirts, while not actually providing a competent security service, use one of the local mall cop agencies.

Positive experience: It was very very nice and I like how they run things. Mike make sure the job gets done and Dave make sure the employees get what they need while they work. They where so nice and helpful with where to go and how to get there. I will like to see them do there job all the time.Anywhere they are awesome. And I hope they come back. Love how them guys work.

Fantastic experience: I've have had several wonderful experiences at numerous events all over the Midwest where The Tri-Bolt Security Team has kept crowds very safe. Keep up the Great Work Tri-Bolt!!! 10+ stars!!!

Fantastic experience: These guys are great. Mike their bossman has been berated on here, however people dont realize he has a job to do. If you listen hes actually a really nice guy and gives great hugs. :) :)

Fantastic experience: Good company, Good people

Negative experience: I attended a music festival and they were ok for the most part but I felt some of the people were rude. I was standing in line for the rest room and all of a sudden there was a hand on me and someone pushing me out of the way and yelling in my ear to MOVE. No one in line had any idea that the ambulance was coming through because our backs were to it and there was no noise. I understand that the ambulance was coming through but he could have said ambulance coming through please move back. I also did not appreciate him pushing me. I hope they are not back next year. I understand they have a job to do but do not put your hands on someone that is minding their own business.
