Negative experience: Nv license plate: MRA24 was driving recklessly, passing cars in the turning lane, crossing double yellows and speeding. This was extremely scary this person has no business behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: Martin-Ross, as well as their staff, were extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable to me when I inquired about their services! Not only were they willing to provide me the best rates for securing my future events, but they also assisted me with fingerprinting myself and my employees for various purposes. I loved working with their staff and I will be using them with no hesitation moving forward.

Negative experience: I have had the displeasure of encountering Martin Ross officers on multiple occasions. The officers are incredibly unprofessional, rude and are often not attentive to the roadways, pulling out directly in front of vehicles and speeding in residential zones in an attempt to follow another vehicle. The officers are encouraged to play the part of police officers as evidenced by their vehicles and behaviors while on the road and interacting with the public. I would never recommend this company.

Negative experience: very unprofessional, and it appears they haven’t changed. Don’t let these positive reviews fool you, as they have their friends and bots make up for their low reviews and hide them. The upper staff and management are very childish and treat security poorly, and their bootlicker security guards take their position too seriously and are basically just reject cops/marines mentality. Customer service or wherever you call to make reports do not take their job seriously as well and not enthused to actually help people.

Negative experience: These people could not be more rude and unprofessional! They just cancelled their services with my company (which I am very happy about) for one of my male employees having long hair! They said he made them feel unsafe and they were not comfortable having him on site. Other than long hair he is a very clean cut 27 year old. My business (and that particular worker) have many great 5 star reviews , customers compliment him frequently, and for hundreds of clients including multi million dollar homes, his appearance has never been an issue. These people are very very rude.
