Positive experience: I gave him background information which wasn't favorable to me. he took my case on. He did interviews, sent audio or hard copy written documentation to me. Many years later, I asked for photos of my old neighborhood and he graciously did this. I wish I kept the audio interviews that he did and 1 hard copy document that he gave me. He is very technical like audio and photos. I knew him as a private investigator before knowing that he also was a police officer, so always surprised that he took on my case and did follow up work for me on this case, years later. I never got my answers but that may be because I didn't know what questions to ask him to do for work for me...like chain of custody or investigative techniques: secure the site, secure the evidence, secure with witnesses, take care of victims. I never asked Mike Youlen to speak to the officer about the false police report or not following police investigative techniques. The officer was by himself with no victims and dark homes of his fake victims. I only knew the witnesses were false. Mike Youlen was willing to speak to witnesses based on the evidence that I provided. I was grateful that he would do that. He got roughed up by speaking to 1 of the witnesses. I am grateful. Every little bit helps when hiring a private investigator to break the untruths. I also knew what my ex husband thought of me, I have documented. I know that I have a little domestic violence kind of going on. I was grateful that Mike Youlen would interview and investigate for me.
