Negative experience: DON"T HIRE! I retained Signature Investigations Group to do an investigation for me and they promised to do it within a week. Instead they completely dropped the ball! I sent numerous emails asking what is the status of my time sensitive investigation and they failed to respond. Now, the time for the investigation has lapsed. Don't hire them if you have an important topic! They make false promises and are garbage.

Fantastic experience: I handed over to them a unique investigation. It required back ground checks and possible infiltration. I was happy with the way they handled my issue. I don't wish to go further into my situation without compromising there agent. I was surprised when I received a $1700 refund on my retainer. This showed integrity as well as professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I was dealing with a manufactured home sale where the original owner in 1991 did not transfer the title to the second owner and in turn my client. I needed to track down these people from 1991 and Mike was able to get me that information within minutes!! Two phone numbers in and I reached them and was able to obtain what I needed to correct a few decades of missing information! Without their responsiveness and expertise this would have been almost impossible to fix.

Fantastic experience: I've known Mike my whole life, and I recommend his services highly. I've been in survival training with him, and know him to be highly skilled. I attended his Eagle Scout award ceremony, and I know he works hard. His credential on investigating human trafficking speaks for itself. He has regained property by revealing fraud, and as a real estate agent, I know the value of his services. He has always returned calls promptly, and is friendly and easy to work with.
