Negative experience: The whole transaction was a scam they give excuses for email hacks that they say happened and stole money from my credit card I paid them 1200.00 and they did nothing but make excuses and didn't do anything they were hired for stay away from this company scammers.

Negative experience: Beware – Complete Scam and Waste of Money This was by far the worst $1500 I've ever spent. Dorian Bond took my money and provided absolutely nothing in return. He started the investigation on August 14th and didn’t bother to respond until November 17th. When he finally did respond, he had the audacity to ask us to provide our own research that we had uncovered. He conducted three half-hearted visits that yielded no results, and his communication was atrocious. Calls and emails were completely ignored for weeks. When he finally responded, he refused to explain anything about his work and outright refused to issue a refund. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam artist. He clearly has no regard for his clients and is completely uninterested in doing any real work. Avoid this company at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Dorian was wonderful to work with. He took the time to fully understand my issue. Gave suggestions of things I could do on my own and options ue could do for me. He even took the time follow up with me to see if I still needed anything. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: This individual (and agency) is strictly interested in collecting a fat fee upfront and doing absolutely nothing to earn it. He showed up only once after collecting several thousand dollars for a serious project. No way his few hours of work on one day is equivalent to the time, effort and services for which we contracted. Dorian Bond is 100% con man. If I could give him zero or negative stars, I definitely would. Do not hire him for any reason. Better to buy some high quality surveillance or recording equipment and DIY. A lot cheaper and you will at least gather some results. Filed a complaint with the state licensing board for PIs. This supposed investigator has a license to steal and he uses it.

Fantastic experience: Awesome working with a private investigator. 1st time for me and we got to work directly with the owner and the office manager. We were given live real time updates as our case progressed. I highly recommend using this companies services. Very prompt and they do the job you need done right the first time. We will definitely be using the services in the future and definitely referring to our colleagues.

Negative experience: Do not waste your money. This guy couldn't find a simpleton living in the same town he operates from. I wasted a lot of money asking this guy to do what took me a few hours to do myself. Then, being super unprofessional, as he is, he wouldn't return my calls. I could give one star for the convincing performance he gave before he was hired, but I won't! It just won't allow me to give less than one star

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. What a waste of money. I was so hopeful when I first called them, as they sounded legitimate and very promising. Once you give them money, they no longer answer your phone calls or emails! They did not provide any new information on my case. Do not give this company your money unless you want to basically flush your money down the toilet.

Negative experience: Bond investigators, Dorian is a fraud, first he makes you pay $350 bucks fast fast through the internet, promises to deliver the goods. And after that , NOTHING. He not picking up the phone, not answering messages.this is what happened to me. And if it happened to me , more likely will happen to you too

Negative experience: This place is a scam and photos misleading! They have a run down crummy office with incompetent staff. You just a run around with trying to get a call back... leave a message... leave a message... no calls ever get returned. All the other reviewers are probably friends or employees! They took my money and never followed up, SCAM SCAM SCAM BUYER BEWARE!

Fantastic experience: I have never used the services of a Privet investigator before and was kind of hesitant before I hired this company to do some work for me. I needed to find a couple of customers who moved away and owed me some money for services provided, I almost gave up after looking for them on all the public services online, but finally a friend suggested I call Dorian. I made the call and told Dorian what I needed. He took his time and explained to me how the process works. I provided him with all the information I had on these people and he went to work. I'm not sure how he does his magic but it works! It took him only 3 days to find them for me. I was able to get them served with court papers and now I hope to recover my money soon.
