Negative experience: I hired Ali over two weeks ago for a process serve...sent her the info and haven't heard from her since. No return emails and I attempted to telephone her several times but her voicemail is full. She just disappeared. Now I have a narrower timeline to get my person served! Very disappointing.

She was helpful, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! And the best part of all she got our person who had evaded other servers.

Negative experience: Terrible communication from this process server. Papers were given to this company over a week ago and no response from them after multiple calls and texts for a status; voicemail full, etc...very frustrating... use someone else and save yourself the added aggravation.

Fantastic experience: I give Ali 5 Starts I probably had one of her most hardest serves because my previous landlord was super shady even having his staff lie to the previous server's not to identify himself.
