Fantastic experience: I am representing myself as Plaintiff in a Civil lawsuit Case. I had a court date in 3 days and needed to get some papers served to the Defendant. I called Gotcha Legal Services and they got it done!! Very straight forward and Professional. I highly recommend Gotcha Legal Services to anyone trying to serve court paperwork. Kraig and his team at Gotcha Legal Services are definitely a 5 Star rated Company.

Including on weekends and while he was out of town on a trip. Kraig and his team’s diligence resulted in a personal service that the sheriff’s department was unable to successfully complete, taking a huge burden off my shoulders as I am an out-of-state litigant. As a litigation paralegal for a prominent law firm on the East Coast, I have a deep appreciation for reliable process service, and Gotcha Legal Services is great. I wish they offered services in Virginia!

Fantastic experience: The customer services at Gotcha Legal Services was outstanding. I had a defendant I needed served for small claims court and I contacted them around 7 PM when most business would be closed. I talked to Kraig who owns the business and is also a lawyer. He help walk me through what I needed to do to get the ball rolling and kept in contact with me through the next day which is when the person was served. His team got the job done within 24 hours, which is way faster than I would have expected. If I ever need a process server again I will be coming back.

Called me and let me know she was served and that ill be getting official documents. Gotcha services allowed me to phone in and let them know when she was on the property and available to be served. Fantastic experience: I was so pleased with the service I received. Being based in Texas, I was unsure of how to take care of this in San Francisco. Kraig returned my call quickly, even though he was on vacation. He was very helpful, and his assurance made me feel much better. The process was so easy on my part. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Kraig was great to work with. I'm dealing with a lot shenanigans with my property management at my apartment complex. This has exacerbated my health issues due to delays in treatment which landed me in the hospital. Working with Gotcha made serving my landlord with the small claims paperwork was simple and straight forward. It reduced a lot of my stress. I appreciated how communicative Kraig was throughout the process even when I was a bit neurotic. Gotcha quickly served my property manager right after the Labor Day Holiday. Hopefully I won't have to use Gotcha's services again anytime soon, but wouldn't hesitate to use them again. And I'll make sure to recommend them if the occasion arises. 5 star service.

Fantastic experience: This Company Rocks. Kraig Vorsatz (The Owner) who answered the phone had great customer service and was very kind. He broke down the process and fees and answered all my questions. I've been trying and trying to serve my Ex-wife some court documents but she's so elusive. It cost me more money to reschedule court hearings and to pay the filing fees over and over, especially when you have an attorney. Long story short. Gotcha Legal Services were able to serve the court documents to my Ex-wife the very next day after I just spoke with him. I was amazed. I don't know how they did it, but they did. Very satisfied. Kraig then emailed me all the documents from there side that I needed. Job well done! If you need to serve someone, look no further... Thank you Kraig & the Gotcha Legal Services Team....

Negative experience: I called for a quote and got the worst service. I ended up telling the guy that I though he was shady and I was going to take my business elsewhere. He then called me back to apologize and said that he had just woke up, but still with the same bad attitude. Don’t pick the phone up if you’re that sleepy man. - reply: you’re shady man and like I told you on the phone I don’t want your services. There’s no reason for me to have a chip on my shoulder, I won case. Anyone who reads this stay far away from his business!
