Fantastic experience: Talked to Frank off of a referral from a family member about a small claims situation in New York. Not only was as helpful as possible about the entire process in NY, he also helped to refer someone in the New York Area to help me with my claim. Note that this wasn't even a case that he's getting paid for!!

Fantastic experience: I have known about Swift Attorney Service for 3 decades which is when I started working in the legal field at a small law firm in Redwood City in 1989. Swift Attorney Service has been in business for longer than 3 decades and this is very important if you ask me because civil litigation has so many nuances and you want the agency that is helping you serve papers, prepare legal documents, or do investigative work to know their job and these guys know their job and know it well. I have noticed these guys are top notch. Their work is impeccable. Their staff is professional, and they are easy to access, and you speak with a live person when you call them. In my most recent interaction with Swift, I was blown away at how good these guys really are, this is why I am writing this review. Thank you, Swift Attorney Service! You guys rock!!!

I have even been accommodated after hours and taught how to complete Court documents on my own to save money. Thus far, in my opinion, they have gone above and beyond to assist me with my case. Fantastic experience: I didn't end up using this service, but Tim Wulff was very kind in taking his time to go over small claims court rules with me as a Colorado resident possibly in need of locating a person in California. He was very patient in answering all my questions and guiding me in the right direction!

Fantastic experience: It may be premature to write this, because the process service work has just begun. Therefore, I write to say after negotiating the voice prompts, selected 'process service' option; Armando answered the phone. He was clear, put me on hold to get answers to my detailed questions - instead of "winging it", and within an hour of making the call to Swift, the process service was underway. The website is clear and concise setting up the account and payment options. Upload documents and followed up with email to aid the Server identifying and locating the deadbeat owing me money!! Whew, what a relief, and at a price for expedited service (meaning Today!!) just over half of what I expected to pay!! While I will wait to get confirmation hearing "You've been Served!" the steps thus far have indeed been SWIFT!! Armando at Swift Legal took all the stress out of this affair, which prior too I had strong feelings of dread.

If you're lucky enough to get Dan, then you can breathe a sigh of relief.

Fantastic experience: Frank and his team are wonderful. They filed everything correctly and on time and I barely had to do anything. Plus they're super friendly and answer any of your questions or concerns throughout the entire process. Because of this, I was able to collect on my judgement successfully and with no stress, would highly recommend them for any court/legal services!

Negative experience: I reached out to Swift Legal for process serving services, because my company uses their services. I needed a court filing and two parties to be served with documents. Serving each party was supposed to be $40 each ($80 total) as confirmed multiple times by email. Their website is a mess and gives a completely different total, but I checked in once more that it would be $40 each and they confirmed. They said to just place the order online and the total would be adjusted afterwards. I did that and was shocked that instead of $80 for service, I was charged $279.70 and they then sent me “PAID” invoices with the original $40.00 “Service by Mail” fee, but they also added unauthorized fees of $83.75 for “Legal Document Set Up” and $16.10 for “Postage.” None of this was previously discussed with me. The total fee of $279.70 was even higher than what the website quoted, which was supposed to be adjusted down to $80. At no time during the process was I informed of Legal Document Set Up and Postage fees. I was reassured it would be just $40 each for service. You cannot trust these people. I am fighting with them and my credit card to receive a reimbursement of $199.70 for the unauthorized charges. Swift Legal actually has the nerve to claim that this was authorized. When I told Frank, the owner, that I would be challenging this with my credit card company, he offered to refunding just one of the charges for $83.75 “Legal Document Set Up”. Now he is pushing back with the credit card company and does not want to refund anything. Very shady and dishonorable business.

Fantastic experience: Swift Attorney Services has been a great source for our efiling as there are many issues that arise with civil court filings that require special attention by representative as they cannot be filed directly but they go the extra step to reach out to the courts and get the documents filed, or walk you through the process to get them through. They have been very beneficial for our practice.

Fantastic experience: Worked directly with the owner Frank, who is extremely knowledgeable regarding serving bank levies through the Sherriff's office, and the multitude of required forms. Frank expedited the levy process, and followed up several times. Fortunately the levy was successful, and the check from the Sherriff's office arrived today, in settlement of a small claims court case. So, highly recommend the services of Swift Legal.

They also confirmed that he lived there and delivered the lawsuit papers to him (They served him). They offer excellent customer service, answer your calls, and respond to your emails immediately. Fantastic experience: I needed to get a restraining order served in the middle of no where in Yolo county & doubted that it could be accomplished. Swift served it on the first try & e- filed it for me. They were very professional and helpful. They asked the process server to take pictures of the property regarding gates, fences and the proper address which I did not have it, in the even he could not serve the papers. That way I could as the Sherriff to do it, as the Sherriff would be able to get inside the locked gates. The process went very smoothly for me and I was anxious to get it done, so I could keep my court date and hopefully get a restraining order.

Fantastic experience: I did not get a chance to use Swift. I was trying to serve small claims on a company and San Francisco. Apparently that company uses a "CT Corporation" who takes subpoenas for that particular company. Swift either already knew or did the research for me and provided me with their information. Now all I have to do is hand deliver or mail it via certified mail and that CT Corporation will serve the documents, so I can go to small claims court. Swift actions saved me at least 40 to 200 dollars. Mr. Seto, THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Negative experience: Costly and ineffective. A competent homeless person would be a better option for service, absolutely no offense ment to the homeless.

Fantastic experience: They did a very good job for us. While, I'm waiting for the proof of service to come in the mail, I found them to be very communicative and thorough in their work. 5-stars from me.

Negative experience: I'm trying to have someone served. Gave server current address, pics of subject & veh. All server has to do is go & serve..but I guess 7am is too early for the server. They want to charge more to serve that early. I could understand if it was 5am..

Negative experience: The server called my employee a D**k ! . I call Frank the owner and told him that the server called my employee a D**K, and Frank said that the server was trying to tell my employee that he couldn't serve the defended because the defended had moved. I told Frank again that the server called my employee a D**k and I got the same response from Frank. Frank never apologize or said that he would have talk with the server. Frank just charge me more money to trace the defended new address . However, Frank couldn't trace the new address , so they couldn't serve the defended. I Google the defended name and address and found out where the defended work. I called Frank and gave him the name and address where the defended work. Frank gave the name of the place and the address of the place where the defended work to the server. The server went to the San Carlos location and couldn't serve the defended because the defended works at the San Bruno location. After A month of wasting my time with Frank and his server. I had to move the court date out two months, because the 30 day time limit to serve the defended had pass. I called another company to serve the defended. About twelve hours after I made the phone call . They served the defended and the defended wasn't even at work. They served the papers to his supervisor . The bottom line is they got the job done. and with no name calling and excuses.
