WWEBS - Worldwide Drug Testing

Negative experience: Awful. They did what was needed, I went for a pre-employment screening and passed without worry, but I was treated like a criminal from the second I walked in. Nobody at the counter to greet me, just an angsty girl with purple hair being absolutely horrible with customer service. She was so unfriendly it made even me nervous. She may have been having a bad day, but she was a jerk. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1 is because it was streamlined

Negative experience: The waiting room was dirty, I had to wait 15 minutes for my appointment which, I needed to take off of work for and costed me money. No one was wearing a mask when I stepped in the facility. Some of the staff were unprofessional and not wearing appropriate office attire. Going to report back to the employer and suggest not using this place again.

Positive experience: Not gonna lie, the vibes were sketch. Didn’t see anyone who worked there wearing a mask. But the service was quick and the people were nice, if a bit informal at times.

Negative experience: Waited for over 1/2 hour for my appointment! Nobody came out during that time and even acknowledged me.

Fantastic experience: First off this place is elegant. The detailed architecture makes me feel like i’m walking into a castle. The employees are your family here. They are kind and provide impeccable service. When you come here you are not going to take a drug test, you are coming to a family reunion. I personally had a phenomenal experience. I know where i’m going next time I need a drug test; it is to this holy sanctuary.

Fantastic experience: Had to get a drug test for a job which was really annoying, I also wasnt told what kind of test it would be which was more annoying, google routed me the wrong way on my way there which was even more annoying so when i got there I wasnt in a great mood. The staff was very nice to the point where when i left I was in a much better mood. The woman who dealt with me was very friendly and even showed me a picture of a cute chicken named beepers.

Fantastic experience: Very kind of the receptionist, I think her name was Santana, I felt a little uncomfortable at first as this was the first time I have ever had to do anything like this for a job... but she was very reassuring that it wasn't a big deal and a lot of people have to do it. I had my family with me and they treated my family like they were their own. I couldn't have asked for anything better than the way I was treated there. Two thumbs up, five stars and a scale of 1-10 I give it 15....

Negative experience: Nearly pissed myself waiting to take a drug screen. Fun Fact: I dont use drugs. Anyway, email says, Note: This email originated outside of our organization. "Be cautious with links or attachments that you were not expecting." So I didn't print the attachment out, and couldn't take the test, came back following Monday after notifying the job service and printing out the sheet. Job service extended the test period until Tuesday. When I get there after standing around trying not to piss myself I was told it was expired, I told them to call to check, the lady said she couldn't call but there is a phone right on her desk. The girl was complaining about how she was so busy and hadn't even been able to do her billing yet. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL CAN YOU GET! I asked to use their bathroom, she directed me to it, so of course they'll let you piss in their toilet but not do their job and collect a sample. NEVER AGAIN!

Negative experience: They are competent at what they do, I've been there twice for a urine test and the staff was kinda rude to me. And don't go around the lunch hour they are all out for lunch and wont do any testing.

Negative experience: They messed up my fingerprints and I had to do them over. Plus the company I was applying for called me back a second time saying the city of birth was not entered. Be careful when you do business with these people and double check there work.

Negative experience: i've come here twice now, first time was for a hair test, and she cut the hair way longer than needed and in a horrible spot! so that completely messed up my hair and they need to add on their website that THEY DONT ACCEPT PATIENTS FROM 11:30-1!! instead of wasting peoples gas that show up their at 11:32 and they dont even have it posted on their website.
