Absolute Serving & Investigations

Negative experience: I wanted two tenants served for nonpayment of rent and I was told that due to the tenant not answering the door previously and they made two attempts I should get the sheriff to serve them and the sheriff is backed up with evictions. Not absolute serving and investigations. They only take the easy servings.

I have tried several folks in the area... but Julia is now our #1 go-to process service contact in Des Moines. We do not need service all that often, but I feel like a star client none-the-less. She is prompt in communication, typically responding in under 15 minutes to our 3 day notice and FED service requests. More importantly, she can often same-day serve or complete alternative service requirements within 48 hours. Invoicing is straight forward and prices are very reasonable! Cannot recommend her and her efficient team enough!

She isn't required to file the affidavit of service on a case, but takes the time to do it anyway. Julia gets things done.
