Negative experience: Creepy. Twice in less five days showed up on doorstep looking for someone who has not lived in the house for at least 18months. We politely gave them the info we had. Came back a few days later and just stood in front of our door. Never rang doorbell, just stood there like a stalker. Never gave us a card or said what company they worked for. We had to call around until we found the company and who it was.

Fantastic experience: People here are very nice given the situations they probably deal with.

Negative experience: Absolutely would not recommend this place is nasty I hate having to go see my child here it’s unsanitary and gross some of the staff are hatful and continued to harass me and two females tagged teamed me with horrible comments I begged them to stop and leave me alone and kept being hatful making comments about how I deserve to be there because I lost my child one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and extremely traumatic

Fantastic experience: People are nice and professional.

Fantastic experience: Professional and experienced. Police and military backgrounds as well as civilian training and owner is quite often asked to serve as instructor for various classes. Whatever your investigation or intelligence needs from surveillance to person finding and information locating this is who you need !

Negative experience: Went to to seek out some advice and they never even returned my request. It’s just sad that people can not be here when you need them the most.

Fantastic experience: We love this place sweet workers thoughtful hearts good with parents and children of course they keep everything clean and treat anyone that comes to there facility respectfully

Negative experience: Rude and disrespectful. Lack of care for kids or families. Tend to not communicate nor follow guidelines handed down by a judge. Would not recommend for visitation until policies and staff are changed.
