Negative experience: the guy was nice enough and seemed interested, but when he showed up for 15 minutes doing a "bug sweep" with a gadget I could have bought by myself on Amazon for less than a third of his fee...which he did pity return some of it, but it just came across as rushed and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of crucial investigations. I knew my wife was cheating on me but needed the evidence for court and custody. They worked tirelessly to get me the evidence that I needed. Sure enough she was, with multiple men and because of what they got for me, this will now be an at fault adultery divorce committed by my soon to be ex-wife and I also got joint custody on my child through mediation because she was afraid to take it to court with all the evidence I had on her. The people at Crucial Investigations were very professional, patient, and empathetic to my situation. If the need arises, I will certainly hire them again.

Fantastic experience: Crucial Investigations proved to be extremely effective with their timely, detailed, and accurate investigation. I contacted Dan and Frances once I became suspicious of my wife having an affair. After an initial consultation in which they provided an overview of the process, Dan and Frances immediately began working the adultery case. Within ten days they had the case wrapped up with more than enough evidence proving my ex wife was committing adultery. After the case was completed, Crucial Investigations provided an in person debriefing with me to go over the case. The comprehensive report that Frances provided was extremely thorough and detailed. Negative experience: Ridiculous Private Investigation Services. Relied solely upon the tracker system. If he had gotten out to do his job, he would have seen the The Greenville Convention Center location is actually that of a church, Redemption East. We were attending a New Year's Eve church service, not out carousing with our children. Do a better job next time in trying to prove someone unfit as a parent. Glad you got paid for your efforts.

Fantastic experience: I needed a private investigator as I was in a very tough position personally. I had hired an investigator back in 2019 with little to know response. Crucial Investigator team of husband and wife is so thorough and whether positive or negative the true and honest results you will know.
