Fantastic experience: I hired Black Spear Intelligence to help me confirm the location of my stalker so he could be served with papers. I spoke to Rob and explained to him my unique situation and he was very kind and understanding and ready to help with this monster ruining my life. He immediately sent me the paperwork, and later when I got it filed it was within 48 hours I not only had a background report but they had already gone to my stalker's house. I spoke to Jonathan on the phone who not only explained everything, but gave several options, talked about his experience as a former cop to help me better understand how best I could proceed with my stalking case. He was very compassionate about my situation and clearly wanted to do everything he could to help me while also not charging me an arm and a leg. I REALLY appreciate their help. Fantastic experience: I engaged Black Spear to conduct an infidelity investigation during a very “dark time” in my marriage. I was assigned a PI or “Case Manager” to conduct the investigation and work with me directly. My case manager was a very experienced (and sympathetic) guy who laid out a good plan to conduct the surveillance and collect observation data. My case manager utilized both GPS tracking and analysis, and conducted multiple direct observations during my case. Black Spear also reviewed my case internally regularly during my engagement. Communications were extremely confidential and utilized various means – signal messenger, the company portal or cell phone for urgent communications. Communications were easy and feedback was always rapid. This company is very experienced, very professional and understands all the ”do’s and don’ts” behind conducting an investigation like this. Fortunately for me, we mutually concluded my spouse was essentially “pure as the driven snow”. This has given me a peace of mind that money can’t pay for. Negative experience: If you are and out of town client run. They insisted for profile info, to write an investigative report. They pulled a 12 hour shift and they didn’t take a single picture. No report given at the end of investigation. Detail team couldn’t keep location of subject with in a single building let alone a city.

Fantastic experience: I needed someone to serve paperwork to the other party who was being VERY difficult. I had hired a process server prior to hiring Black spear but the other party was purposely avoiding the PS. So I hired Black Spear to do the job. Their communication through email was quick and their uregency to do the job was what I needed. They were willing to deal with someone highly problematic and they ended up getting the job done in a timely manner. If you need a background check on someone, or need Black Spear to use their expertise to serve paperwork, I HIGHLY suggest you hire them. I know I'm glad I did.
