Fantastic experience: Great training!!

Positive experience: The course was very easy and the instructor gave all the information necessary, but I couldn’t help but notice his rude , condescending and unprofessional remarks. As an instructor he was making fun of students asking questions or asking for help(I’m not sure of the questions asked, I only heard the response) . He was telling students they are probably going to be the ones that fail the test and he can tell by the questions they ask. Some students join the class for the first time midway through the week and he’s rude about answering their questions , saying things like you should have read the manual before joining the class. He ask students to guess the answer to questions and when they are wrong he makes inconsiderate comments as if the students didn’t pay to learn. He needs a break or more self awareness

Fantastic experience: Honestly great class and very informative I did the online course with Cruz was a great teacher and made sure we understood everything I just did my test today and passed with a 167 out of 170

Fantastic experience: It was an easy class and even an easier test! The test only took me about 40 minutes and I missed five questions. Just take notes and listen to Cruz. He’s a good teacher and has W Rizz so you’re in good hands!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Cruz and Mr. Steinman are vaults of knowledge and teach in a very candid, matter of fact way. I just passed their exam within 30 minutes, with 169/170 answers correct after coming into their course knowing next to nothing regarding the security field. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in the private security field. They are fast, efficient, reliable and convenient.

Negative experience: Hello this academy is bad not give good information descriminat because have scent voice spanish

Positive experience: Took the renewal class for my G license was told in the email to show up to the range 0745 that if you show up at 0800 you are late and we'll have to reschedule the range is currently closed it's 0800 and the instructor is still not showing up there's a line of about 30 cars here.

Negative experience: Please do not go into this classes because all the time they're full and you have to register before you go in there and you don't know if you going to be on the list or not plus those people don't want to hear your skills they're pretty nasty and rule they don't know how to talk or help anybody especially when someone is there to get their license and they're paying for it and also they lie on the location where they're supposed to be and they're not I went to one of them and they were closed and they never put it up or on the west side and then when I call they told me I could go to another one and they were really nasty and unprofessional

Even more so when in this environment an Instructor is robbed of his classroom and forced into an online medium. Ubaldo "Gunny" Cruz more than rose to the challenge in the Security Officer "D" Course, delivering the required 40 hours with wit and a genuine and heartfelt interest in the subject matter. I would absolutely recommend this online course to anyone interested not only in the "D" license, but for those seeking to expand their knowledge of the way the streets work today. Negative experience: I have had nothing but bad experience with this company, please save your time and money!! Go Else-Ware !! During my 40 hours course training I had 3 different instructor because the training server online had a-lot of technical issues. The instructors was very knowledgeable on the contrary. My other big mistake was to set up an appointment with them to do my fingerprints, and again another disappointment No Body Showed Up!! I was left waiting for an hour before somebody called me back to say nobody was going to be there. This place is a disaster!! If the company have an explanation, please I want to hear it.

Negative experience: We were ginniepigs for the online course and every day there were multiple issues, it was a fight to be able to take the test, an even bigger fight to get my certificate, and because of doing it online instead of in person due to virus we had to pay again and then request a refund for the in person class. Which took 2 weeks and me contacting them 4 times to get someone to do it. When contacting support they would say "dont worry we will get it done today" for any issue but then u would have to contact mutiple times again to get them to do anything. The instructor was amazing and very knowledgable but the rest of the experience ruined it for me here. I Will be taking me g course somewhere else
