Negative experience: Andre Houchens was hired by my husbands ex wife (yes, after they were already divorced) to follow him. He ended up reporting more surveillance on me than my husband. I had given my husband's ex wife written notice not to stalk me per VA Code 18.2-60.3 prior to this company being hired, but of course that was clearly disregarded and numerous pictures were taken of my vehicle, of me and my children. Although I did not hire this company, I did read the report (because it was turned in as a discovery item but funny enough never mentioned during the court proceeding, ... shocker). I wanted to point out to those that do want to hire this company, my license plate# was incorrect in the report even though it was obvious that many close up pictures were taken of my car and license plate. The make and model of my vehicle was also incorrect in the report. Additionally, the vehicle they reported belonging to my husband, that information was also incorrect. I only point this out because if they can report incorrect information from objects that are right in front of them, imagine what other things they may be getting/doing wrong. If I were my husbands ex wife I'd be asking for my money back, just saying. UPDATE: I’m really glad eagle eye replied to my review. We were not in violation of any court orders (as proven in court). Also, you weren’t called to testified because as it was pointed out in court your client had many credibility issues. It is also why she was ordered to bring the kids back to Virginia. Because in reality, your client was the one violating orders. These are just facts from the actual trial and outcome. If you want to point out details from the case, you should probably have your facts straight. Just saying

Not only is his work immaculate, he truly understands what his clients have been through and will go through once they have the information he provides. Hiring a PI is something I never thought I would have to do but in the world we live in it is necessary sometimes, if you need one hire him right away!

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Andre’ enough! I hired him for a job regarding a custody matter and he got the evidence I needed within 1 day. I had video footage, and a complete written report the next day. The matter went to court and he came to court and waited patiently until he was called. Fantastic experience: I recently used Andre' in a child custody case, and couldn't have been more pleased. I had to call him at the last minute, in which he accommodated. He did surveillance for the case, got great pictures and video footage. The next day I received an in depth, written report with pictures and time stamps. I couldn't be happier with the results!! You have no clue of what my work is and as far as any married man ! I have no idea what you are referring to. However maybe your client has given you misleading information. Have a great night

Negative experience: I give this company the least amount of stars possible, absolutely terrible. Andre is awful, he didn't even provide any proof that he even left his living room and investigate anything, not even one picture was taken, no video, nothing. I paid him $1000.00 and he said he investigated for 6 hours, that is $166.00 per hour. I could have had more success doing it myself than hiring him. Don't just run away from Eagle Eye but run fast! I even tried to dispute through my bank but he has one small clause in his contract that allows for him to keep your money. Don't sign anything!

Fantastic experience: I hired Andre in 2017 after checking out other local competitors. What I first noticed about Andre is his professionalism and friendly demeanor. He has by far the quickest respond times I've ever experienced when working with a local business owner. Andre is also an individual of high integrity and ethical standards. He is very upfront and honest, so you have to be willing to understand the nature of private investigations. It is not a simple task. Andre works very hard to deliver according to his clients expectations but he certainly cannot force situations to occur. I learned you must have patience and understanding when working with a P.I., it doesn't matter who it is. What you should know is Andre really cares about his clients and when he says he'll be there, he means it. I would feel very confident hiring Andre again!

Fantastic experience: Where to start to describe my experience with Andre. I had never needed a Private Investigator before, and was so fortunate to have contacted Andre. Within our first two conversations, I felt I had known him for years. More important he was 100% successful in my case. His surveillance techniques are superb and the videos excellent. One evening he decided to return to a location he had already been to that day and captured some very incriminating vidoes. He constantly stayed in touch with me throughout the investigation and I was always able to contact him. On the last day of the investigation, he put himself at risk in order to get the job done. He is wonderful.

Negative experience: Andre is completely unprofessional and shouldn't be liscenced. He followed me and uncovered my home adress knowing that I had a protective order against his clients nephew forcing me to move and causing me and my family terrible distress. Shows he has poor ethics. If he was a good PI he would have known there was a protective order. And his clients nephew lost the case in court and Andre never caught me doing anything illegal bc I don't do anything illegal so they never submitted his report into evidence. I am a private investigator myself with a DCJS 99 number and I am employed. I would have never taken this case ethically.

Negative experience: He’s all about money, When I called Mr. Andre and I told him I need you to help out with the investigation and I don’t now if you work with low incomes family ... at that time Mr. Andre told me Absolutely I can work it for a $600. I told him sure and I paid him the money right away over the phone from my credit card it was in June 20-2019.... At June 25 I contacted him to see what he done so far after my husband see him and Provided him with all information he needs.... he asked me for anther $600 and he told me because he need to travel from Fredricksburg VA to Fairfax VA about One Hour drive to Interviewed the people I provide their name and phone numbers and some other people I gave him there work place and the Jobe Position and I asked him to have the report before 4 days before my court day he agreed to me to provide the report in July 11 or 12th, I was waiting for him to contact me he did not contact me at all.... July 6 I send him a message asked him any update.... he informed me he worked on it, on Friday July 9- 2019 after all I contacted him asked him about updates he told me he wanted to pot all together and collected them and he will contact me on Monday, July 15 I said OK. Yesterday at 8:44 morning he asked me to pay ASAP and the report he will send it to my email because he is not on the office .. Ok no problem I pay the money for him right after he send me a message he is waiting for someone else to get back to him and I did not receive my report until today at 12:24 pm... from all the people I Provide him he talk only with one person... and he did not try To reach with important people They involved in my life in 2006. Wait not just that he did not reach to the people before July 15 that’s mean just yesterday he started to work in my case.... that’s why Mr. Andre I’m asking you to return all my money back $1200 ASAP. Thank you Actually it’s not False every word I said is truth and I have a lot of people contact me because they been in the same situation with you and you did use their situation to get more money.
