Fantastic experience: I have taken many training courses during my career as a us soldier and private security and I must say the instructor they have had alot of expierence and was an outstanding teacher. I would absolutely recommend top gun academy to anyone looking to renew or take the class for the first time.

Fantastic experience: I recommend taking this class if you are looking to get into security work or to progress your knowledge and skills in the field. The Instructor has many years of experience and shares his knowledge as well as giving clear and visual instruction. It was the only level III course I know that works from the holster on the range and I feel that is very important to work on. I will be coming back to attend the level IV.

Very informative! The owner came and introduced himself. Super friendly guy! Love this place! If you need classes, especially level 3&4, come here! You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Staff is very kind and respectful and helpful if possible. Took a level 3 class 1 week of some of the coolest and most informative teaching I've had. 11/10 they go above and beyond what other security academies do not only teaching but offering the door into the field.

Negative experience: Im in the process of moving so me my husband, and children are staying in a motel. The security guard (last name Johnson) here slapped my childs hand hard. My 4 year old son with autism (non verbal) touched his pants. My other 3 children and I, all witnessed it. After telling him to not hit my child he said i dont care. I tried getting his name to report to the company he works for and was told i couldnt get it unless i called the cops. So i did. I have his name and company name. These security guards need more training. His supervisor knocks on the door and is making excuses as to why its ok for him to hit my sons hand. But the cops told me it was lack of training and I believe them. How was it so easy for a 4 year old to even touch you if your on guard the whole time? Makes no sense. Didnt even get an apology. Top Gun Security needs to give more training to these people and stop hiring anyone.

Negative experience: This “security” company has been employed at my apartment complex for over a year now since I’ve lived here. They are a joke. My car has been broken into twice, non-residents are sleeping in the hallways, stairways and lobby, security no where to be found. Many times they don’t show up on time for their shifts, so 24/7 security is not happening. BUT they will kick me out of my own pool even though they know I’m a resident because I have reported car break ins. You can kick me out of my own pool, but you can do nothing when my car is broken into? I’ll also add, during the night shifts the guards hide in a back corner of our lobby and sit on their phones the whole time. They never answer the security line when called. Tonight I even caught the “supervisor” J Hobbs in the conference room texting and watching basketball. He immediately stood up when I walked by because he knew he wasn’t doing his job. This company is a joke. I pay way too much money for 24/7 “security”.
