They come early and stay late for the good and well being of our community. I recently had a huge fundraiser to assist ill children. I originally asked for 6 security personnel, and when realizing our numbers. Beau brought 20 amazing people that were dedicated for 2 days, and we’re there a total of over 24 hours. Negative experience: Security officer entered my apartment then blocked door with his foot for 5 minutes. Horrible service Issue being investigated by company may be resolved properly. 12/25/23 Yet to receive any information on action taken by Panther for employee unlawfully entering my apartment and refusing to leave on Christmas Day. Will be pursuing alternate means for an acceptable resolution to this crime!! 12/30/23

Negative experience: Does not talk to Clients before making decisions. The Reception does not communicate to the investigation. I told them information on an individual in the Beginning for Investigation. All the details at the last minute. They get cold feet last minute and call the Individual and tell them what they are doing this and that and give out the information. I told them without checking with me or Communicating with me and asked me for information they already had and gave me advice. That I told them My situation did not check the new Contract. lost the payment information.

Fantastic experience: I requested a "deep dive" on an individual and that is exactly what I got. Report was very thorough and incredibly detailed. I was amazed at the results.

Negative experience: This company is a joke. I went and talked to a gentleman and he agreed to help me. Then 1 week goes by and I don’t hear anything. I get a call from another guy that doesn’t know anything about what’s going on. I paid them $500 up front and then they do terrible work and keep my money. Worst non investment ever.

Fantastic experience: Panther was great. I worked with Brett and he was very diligent, professional, and listened to me. I felt like he always had my back. They are so reasonably priced. I had to find my ex-husband who owed me several thousand dollars, who I couldn't take to court until I had an address in order to serve him. Brett found him and served him for me. I was finally able to get the money my ex-husband owed me. I am about to use them again!
