Negative experience: Unprofessional in communication regarding the execution of the job, its completion, and complete lack of follow through. I naively hired Todd to draft and mail one legal letter and was charged $800 for it. I called him shortly after to check if it had been received/acknowledged but never heard back. Turns out the letter HAD been acknowledged but Todd just didn’t bother with the follow through. Bottom line it was a bait and switch tactic - what he offered by phone isn’t what he executed. And it was on me because I should’ve noticed the lack of detail in the contract. Hire a reputable attorney for anything legal - otherwise you’re just wasting money like I did.
