Negative experience: Case: Going through a difficult divorce. Suspected infidelity, little to no communication with spouse and requiring services for more information and legal purposes. Pros: Sean Williams was very professional. I felt respected and felt he was empathetic to my situation. Sean was also very responsive and typically had a reply to my inquiries within hours. Cons: Expensive ($90/hr) but I went in thinking I was paying for quality. Unfortunately, what I received back was an investigation of an ADDRESS/LOCATION and not the SUBJECT (spouse). I received 22 pictures and a report on a mailing address we had to go on but the subject was never identified in the pictures or report. None of the pictures identifies or reveals the subject at all at the location and this was a 40 hour investigation. For a 40 hr investigation, I was also expecting a lot more video time and pictures of the subject, but again, all the material was of a location and irrelevant subjects. Overall: Very responsive and good communicator. However, I am several thousands of dollars out of pocket with pictures and a report I cannot use at all. I cannot emphasize enough, no one picture or second of video shows the intended subject. At all. Recommendations: Investigation firm should communicate failure to identify the subject within the first day. This can allow the client to gather more information for the investigator if needed in order to make the best for the investigation rather than to stick to a single location hoping for the best. During daily conversations with investigator I was confirmed that the subject was at the location, but again, there is nothing to confirm that on the report/pictures/videos and at the end of the day that is what holds the most weight.

(Cons: Expensive) - You actually received a discount due to the week long case. Fl Investigative rates are as high as $125 and hour. (Overall: Very responsive and good communicator. However, I am several thousands of dollars out of pocket with pictures and a report I cannot use at all. I cannot emphasize enough, no one picture or second of video shows the intended subject. At all.) Ok, so you called us with your case. We settled on dates and times as we are typically 2 weeks out with scheduling. You case, an unemployed young female with NO VEHICLE, NO JOB and NO MONEY while living with relative whom YOU provided the address for. You called us within two days and advised that you thought she was in trouble as she asked you for a large sum of cash.. (again, no job, no vehicle and no money). So you asked us to start immediately and gave us EXACT and SPECIFIC times to conduct the investigation as you knew her schedule. (Normally we would have had time to conduct our pre surveillance investigation including social media searches, etc to determine the subjects activity levels and times, but do to your IMMEDIATE need we were unable to do that. We moved around several other cases and had an Investigator out there within a day. You picked the days and the times. As you reported, we were in contact with you NUMEROUS time EVERY day with update and answers to all your questions. We sent you still pics via text and the report included detailed information along with video. The subject was residing in a very large house in an upscale community with numerous individuals living within. Several of those people were only observed once, but ALL activity at the residence was documented and included in your report. The only time your subject was observed was at night after dark and behind trees and landscaping in the front yard. So it seems you were happy with the customer service and the responsiveness but not the results or video time of the subject which we can not control or make them come outside into view. You provided the exact dates and times and location to conduct the surveillance, you then rushed us and had us out there within 3 days of receiving the assignment. Had she been active outside during the day, there would have been more video of her. But we will not be breaking any FL laws to obtain video on any subjects. We strive to provide the best customer service in teh Investigative and Security industries. We do apologize that you were unhappy with the results, however, your one star rating is completely unjustified and I'm confident others will see that when reading your review and my reply.
