Fantastic experience: Rocky happily agreed to speak to our homeschool group. As we are studying careers we wanted to get a glimpse into the life of a private detective. He kept 23 kids of all ages attentive and asking questions for almost an hour. We were all so excited to hear about the sweet dog they were able to find and return to her owner. He had a quick activity and some great swag for the kids! We were so grateful for his message of following your dreams, finding something you love and making it work, staying away from drugs and alcohol, and helping others.

Negative experience: I have been looking for a private investigator to investigate a possible political and unethical dealings concerning my former or law enforcement agency. I found the Pinkin agency on this internet site and read all the reviews and at first was pleased to see the great reviews. I wrote via the Pinkin agencie's website email which was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard back from them. I am former retired administrative/criminal investigator and for potential clients reading this review, the best way to find out if a private investigative agency is worth your time and money is to email them from their site and see if they respond. If they respond right away, I would give them my time and money to help. However if they do not respond in a timely manner, I would drop them and run away as fast as possible.

Negative experience: The require $5,000 "retainer" is non-refundable. You are buying $5k worth of services, in advance. Pipkin does not give you any reports nor do they return phone calls. The did not interview neighbors or pawn shops when hired to investigate my home robbery with the focus on recovering family hierlooms. Smooth talkers. But VERY COCHINO DETECTIVE AGENCY
