Negative experience: I called for work ? That chick was rude , loud muisc. Then I forget they don't paid there guards I don't recommend !!!

Fantastic experience: My family recently hired Serna to patrol our commercial property after numerous break-ins. After the hiring, the break-ins stopped. The daytime and overnight patrols provided detailed daily reports with included pictures of the property, They were very good in removing homeless individuals without incident. Special thanks to JJ, Darren and Owens for protecting our property and providing timely reports. Also thanks to Andrea in the office for her quick contract/invoice processing. My family highly recommends Serna for your security needs.

Negative experience: This company is terrible. They seem to not even care. My HOA is terminating them as soon as they can get a replacement. It cannot be soon enough!

Negative experience: Beware of their ethics... suit to come... UPDATE... I lost in court because I failed to bring the suit in a timely manner. Statute of Limitations caused me to lose, not the foundation of my case. You 'won the battle', Steve, but lost the war - no longer do you have The Renaissance... good going! Should have just done the right thing and not broken the law... but you did, so there ya go! :)

Negative experience: Completely unprofessional "patrol". Time of interaction 12:35-12:40a car launched at stop light with no emergency lights, sirens, or any indications of emergency. speractic driving up to 80+ switching lanes no indications at all. paced the driver on hwy111 follow him to get his plate number to report, hard to keep up and stay safe at the same time with his speeds. Stomps on his brakes to stop my car. Gets out with his hand on his pistol and flash light shining in my eyes. Which would make anyone uneasy knowing he is no officer. His interactions were as unprofessional as his driving. As soon as I asked why he was driving so fast he responds with "what are you the cops"? To which I simply say no but I'm calling them to report you. Jumps back to his vehicle and hauled off. Already reported him to the local sheriff dept, funny part is the deputy knew what I was talking about. Stated he has seen it himself and asked if it was a k-9 unit he had seen earlier run a stop. Just have to wait to call his supervisor now...

Fantastic experience: Great private security company, I have seen their private security teams working at events and at challenging job sites and I have to say Mr. Serna runs a tight ship. Most of the employees at Serna & Associates have prior law enforcement experience, law enforcement training, private security and investigations experience.
