Fantastic experience: The 5 stars is for Dr Ed, he’s a phenomenal instructor, and taught people with ZERO firearm capabilities to be very very proficient. He is knowledgeable, has relevant experience to share, and caters the learning experience to everyone present, nobody gets left out of proper training. MY ONLY COMPLAINT, is the communication for getting set up for class. There was conflicting reports from all class members about what was paid for what packages, as it was not very clear which package should be purchased and what they included, once the confusion was cleared up, no refunds were offered for people who may have bought the wrong package, this was not on the instructor but on admin. I highly recommend plancher security for class D, class G and concealed carry classes, just make sure you are sure about what package you are purchasing before you pay.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing, I enjoyed every second of this course. The instructor, Carolyn, was very knowledgeable and experienced. She explained everything so clearly and used real life scenarios and experiences to further the lesson material. If anyone is thinking of taking a course here, I 100% recommend it.

Fantastic experience: By far mind blown at how much I learned and how fast! Extremely informative coarse surrounded by a group of people who are there to help. Very diverse and family oriented coarse / facility. Received my certification not having any questions that instructor didn't answer. Left feeling prepared !!

The Plancher team are professional and provide so much more training than needed by state requirements. I would highly recommend The Plancher Academy for all your security training requirements. They are a talented team and their customer service was “5” star.
